02:07It appears that the only individual who has failed to appear for this hearing is the respondent, Sherman Moore.
02:13Given that Mr. Sherman Moore has not appeared in person for this hearing pursuant to the rules for infractions in

02:22the court will find that Mr. Moore has failed to appear and will enter a finding if committed to each
