00:52resigned Ateneo men's basketball team head coach Tab Baldwin and 10 others.
00:57This over the deaths of student-athletes Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili.
01:01Aside from Baldwin, all those named in a complaint were present during the team building in Dipakulaw, Aurora last June

01:24During a press conference Friday, June 26, Interior Secretary John Vic Remulia says the seawater activity during the team building
01:31featured elements of hazing under the law.
01:34These include physical or psychological suffering, prerequisite for admission or requirement for continuing membership, and forced calisthenics and exposure to
01:42weather.
01:42At dati pong iniisip natin, ang hazing ay initiations lamang. Ngunit dito, ang team building at training ay nag-crossover
01:55papunta sa hazing.
01:57Remulia says the CIDG conducted 320 hours of interviews with around 60 respondents, including former Ateneo players who recounted near
02:04-drowning incidents during previous editions of the Blue Eagles team building.
02:08Among those were Aaron Black and G-Boy Babylonia, who told investigators they were on the verge of drowning before
02:14they were saved by the coaches.
02:16Yung una, nung tinanong namin si Tav Baldwin kung may nangyari ng ganton dati, namuntik malunod, sabi niya wala, wala.
02:25In his words in English, and we can provide the transcript, I do not recall, there was never any incident
02:33that this ever occurred.
02:36However, his former players testified that they nearly drowned. So, that in itself shows a great inconsistency.
02:44The Interior Secretary says while Ateneo may face civil liability over the deaths of Babylonia and Adili, university administrators were
02:52not aware of the seawater activity.
02:54Ateneo President Father Bobby Yap and Athletics Director M. Fernandez only found out after the incident.
03:01Remulia adds, team sponsors MVP Foundation and Smart Communications had no hand in the team building.

03:21The order gives the three respondents 15 days to file their counter affidavits to the complaints of Tindig Pilipinas,
03:26which accuses them of impeding the serving of an ICC warrant to Sen. Ronald Bato de la Rosa in May.
03:32Tindig Pilipinas had accused Cayetano, who was then elected as the Senate President,
03:37of preventing NBI agents from taking custody of de la Rosa by virtue of the ICC warrant.
03:42Padilla is included in the complaint based on his own admission that he let de la Rosa ride with him
03:47in his vehicle to leave the Senate premises.
03:49Under Presidential Decree No. 1829, obstruction of justice is punishable by between four to six years' imprisonment, fines, and perpetual
03:57disqualification from public office.

04:54containing the tax records of Duterte and her husband, Man Scarpio.

05:01to open the box for marking as evidence during the pre-trial conference.
