06:32Simar, do tell us the latest.
06:34Eight accused in the Dram Mandir donation scam case have been sent to three-day judicial custody.
06:43Well, yes, that's the latest development we are giving you from the Pezabada Yodhya court.
06:47That three-day judicial custody has been given to all of the accused.
06:50Eight accused were produced in front of the court who were in fact arrested by the Yodhya police.
06:55And in the court premises, the court granted them three-day judicial custody.
07:00That means from there itself, they are going to the court today.
07:03And after three days, that means on Monday, they will be produced again.
07:06And then in most all likelihood, police will go for police custody.
07:11They'll file an application and try to seek the custody.
07:13And then a fresh, you know, argument will take place in the court.
07:17And then it will be decided that whether the judicial custody will be given, whether the police custody or the
07:21bail.
07:22So as of now, three-day judicial custody has been given.
07:24What's more shocking is that in the court premises, it was revealed by the police that from all these accused,
07:30in total, more than 79 lakh rupees have been, you know, in fact, confiscated by the police.
07:38They have recovered a big amount that, you know, that makes it to 79 lakh 85,000.
07:43Now, this is the amount which has been, you know, recovered by the police itself.
07:47After the FIRE was registered, after there was questioning which was being on of all of the accused.
07:52And on the basis of some of the information, several accused was taken to different places, including some of their
07:57homes.
07:58One of the main accused, you know, Yadavu, said to be close associates of, you know, Champat Rai,
08:03a big chunk of amount have been recovered from him.
08:05We are yet to receive details that what are the significant amounts individually that has been recovered.
08:11But the police has said it officially in court that around 80 lakh rupees have been recovered.
08:15You know, these people were involved in the donation theft and they have enough proofs to back it up.
08:20So, that is the case as of now.

08:23Now, it remains to be seen that what further development happens in the next date that is going to be

08:57The accused lovers see are Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary, who are no longer standing by each other.
09:03Instead, when being questioned, they are pinning the blame, pointing fingers at each other.
09:09While one claims that the murder was masterminded by the other,
09:13investigators say that the evidence does not support either defense.
09:17And now even the families of the accused are speaking out.
09:21Let's break down what has happened so far as part of this investigation.
09:25The accused couple is now fighting each other.
09:29Not the case.
09:30According to police sources, Sia is claiming that the murder was Chetan's idea.
09:35That he had planned Chetan's killing and wanted him out of their way.
09:40But Chetan, on the other hand, has turned tables.
09:43He is pinning the blame on Sia.
09:44He has claimed that he only wanted to elope with Sia.
09:48And that it was Sia's idea to take Chetan's life.
09:52She wanted Chetan dead.
09:53And she was the one who had pushed for Chetan's murder.
09:56Both the accused blaming each other.
10:00Investigators believe that this is a battle to escape responsibility.
10:04While the police continues to probe what they call a joint conspiracy.
10:09But police sources say that these conflicting statements are nothing more than attempts to escape responsibility,
10:16to have lesser blame on themselves.
10:20Saying that, the evidence tells a very different story.
10:23Police claim phone records that establish constant contact.
10:28That was between the two accused, Sia and Chetan, before the crime.
10:34For the many, many hours that they were speaking and meeting.
10:38CCTV footage that is said to have captured their movements, especially at key locations.
10:43Repeated meetings, including one just hours before Chetan's death.
10:48Are now being treated as signs of planning, rather than coincidence.
10:53And how they were, in this time, conspiring to kill Chetan.
10:58Investigators also believe that the digital trade, especially from mobile locations to electronic records,
11:06that all support the theory of a premeditated murder.
11:11Taken together, the police says that every piece of evidence that is pointing not to the actions of one individual,
11:19but to a joint conspiracy, allegedly carried out by both the accused, both of them were hand in glove.
11:26Even as investigators are tightening the noose, the families of the accused,
11:32who have begun speaking publicly of their side of the story, as they claim.
11:38Chetan Chaudhary's father is insisting that his son never pushed Ketan.
11:43He claims that Chetan stood away from the edge.
11:47And he has said that his son is being falsely implicated.
11:51He has also claimed that he never knew of Sia, or had met Sia, before the police actually caught Chetan.
11:59On the other side, Sia Goyal's father, who has made an emotional appeal now,
12:04he says that Ketan was like a son to him.
12:07In fact, dearer to him than his own son.
12:09He has claimed that he never knew about Sia and Chetan's relationship.
12:13And he said that if his daughter is guilty, then she must face the strictest punishment.
12:19Sia's mother too has rejected allocations that the marriage was forced on either of them.
12:25She said that the family sought Sia's consent,
12:28and only when she gave that is when the family decided to go ahead.
12:33And even claiming that Sia was reluctant to go on that trek that day.
12:38Now her version once again differs sharply from what the police investigation has revealed.

15:33did she have to kill their son? She could have just said no and the parents are equally complicit.

15:45Well parents of Sia, Praveen Goyal and Puja Goyal spoke to India today and at the same time
15:50they clarified they were not aware what happened between Chetan Chaudhary and Sia because parents
15:58are already disowning everything. They are not taking on them. They are clarifying that
16:03they were not aware of this relationship. Sia never told her mother about it. So even I
16:10spoke to Praveen Goyal. Praveen Goyal said I never heard Chetan's name in her house whenever
16:14we used to discuss about her friends and friend circle. So they were shocked. After that
16:20Praveen Goyal was hospitalized. Today only he got a discharge. He went to his home. But
16:26the important thing is all Goyals are saying that they had no idea what happened between
16:30Chetan Chaudhary and Sia Goyal because Sia never used to discuss these things at home.

17:12according to sources, Sahil was aware of the alleged relationship between Chetan Chaudhary and Sia Goyal.
17:18Police are recording his statement to gather more information related to the ongoing investigation.
17:23I want to take this to my colleague Divyesh, who has been tracking developments. Divyesh,
17:28important to know what his brother has revealed. I beg your pardon, Sia's brother has revealed.
17:34Because, point is that, did he know about the relationship between Sia and Chetan?
17:39And was he hiding it from the rest of the family?
17:47Well, this is an intended execution that has happened. A premeditated murder executed
17:53at the Lohgarh food by Sia Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary. Now, was Sahil Goyal aware of the relationship
18:00between Sia Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary? Why didn't he inform his parents? The engagement had
18:08happened in the month of February. After that, there were several plans made. They were going to visit
18:14Bali. And then also, somehow Sia managed to get hands on Ketan Agarwal's passport. She lost the
18:23passport or she got rid of the passport and somehow the plan failed. After that, within 18 days,
18:29three trips were made by Ketan Agarwal to the Lohgarh food. Why were these three trips made?
18:34Also, police investigation has revealed that Ketan Agarwal's parents, his mother, has revealed
18:39that Ketan Agarwal was not allowed to go on the Lohgarh food on 4th of June. And due to that,
18:46he, on 14th of June, he told his mother that Sia was upset. She had been crying. She had been
18:52complaining and she insisted him to join on 14th June. 14th June, there was another attempt on
18:58Ketan Agarwal's life. That time, Sia made an excuse that she had seen a snake. But somehow,
19:03Ketan Agarwal didn't lose his life then. But 18th of June, the fateful day, Ketan Agarwal
19:08was pushed off this cliff of 400 feet into a gorge where he died.
19:14And even now, Divesh, how both Sia and Ketan are pinning the blame on each other.
19:20As sources say that Sia has been saying that it was Ketan's idea to kill Ketan. And Ketan
19:26has been claiming that he only wanted to elope with Sia. The idea actually came from Sia to kill Ketan.
19:36Well, exactly. This is what happens when there are two accused arrested in a murder case. They
19:41both are conspirators. They both are co-accused, co-conspirators in an intended execution in the
19:47assassination of Ketan Agarwal. Now, they are trying to pin the blame on each other so that
19:53they get the minimum punishment. They get minimum punishment. They are awarded minimum punishment.
19:58Also, this has brought Sia Goyal's family also into limelight. If Sia Goyal had indeed told or
20:06informed her parents about her relationship to Ketan Chaudhary, why did they go ahead with the

20:18with a marriage with Ketan Agarwal? Why did they push her to take this extreme step of executing
20:25or assassinating Ketan Agarwal? Ketan Agarwal, remember, was assassinated in cold blood. They
20:31had made earlier attempts and police report, police investigation also reveals that there
20:36were earlier attempts. This was a premeditated mother as my colleague Omkar Bable brought to
20:43July that there was a meeting on 17th June itself. 17th June, they met at a cafe, Chetan
20:49Chaudhary in Sia Goyal.
20:50Oh yes, absolutely. And we are also putting our pictures of that cafe when that meeting
20:53happened and as the police are saying that there was a clear plan of both of them hatching
20:58a conspiracy to kill Ketan the next day. This was not just a chance meeting. Every murder
21:03investigation that has one clue that changes the direction of the case. In the Lohagar murder
21:08probe, police believe that the clue could be Chetan Chaudhary's mobile phone. Investigators
21:14claim Chetan did not carry his own phone to the fort on the 18th of June. Instead, they
21:19say that he left his handset at his shop, borrowed a co-worker's phone and allegedly switched off
21:25mobile internet on his own device. Police suspect that this was no coincidence. They believe the
21:31alleged phone swap was aimed at hiding his movements and masking his digital footprint on
21:37the day Ketan Agarwal died. Investigators tightened the digital trail. Ketan's family is now seeking
21:43speedy justice. His father met with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Padnavis demanding a
21:49fast-track trial and the strictest punishment for the accused. Chief Minister has assured that
21:54strict action will be taken. The investigation is now entering into a crucial phase where digital
21:59evidence, Tanch's statements, could determine what really happened at Lohagar Fort. India Today

22:21A 340 foot fall once believed to be an accident. Maharashtra police say a meticulously planned murder
22:32and now the investigation has zeroed in on one crucial question. Why was Chetan Chaudhary's internet
22:40switched off for nearly 11 hours? Investigators believe the answer could lie in the digital footprint.
22:49According to the Pune Rural Police, on the morning of June 18, Chetan allegedly left his own mobile
22:56phone behind with his employee and carried another phone to Lohagar Fort. Police claimed the borrowed
23:03phone travelled to the crime scene, while Chetan's own handset showed almost no internet activity.
23:09From 7am till 5.40pm, mobile internet remained switched off. Only incoming calls were received.
23:18Investigators suspect the phone swap was in random, but an attempt to hide movement,
23:23concealed location and erase the digital trail. Police have now reconstructed the entire crime scene
23:33once again. Forensic experts revisited the cliff, examining whether Chetan slipped or was forcefully
23:41pushed. Their findings, investigators say, strengthened the murder theory. Just hours before Chetan's death,
23:50Sia and Chetan met at a cafe, where the final conspiracy was allegedly planned. The next morning,
23:59the trio reached Lohagar, and according to investigators, the plan was executed.
24:07The victim's family is demanding the harshest punishment. Chetan's father met Maharashtra
24:14Chief Minister Devendra Farad-Navis, seeking a fast-track trial.

25:24Omkar, a lot of versions that are coming in. For example, a report that suggests that Sia also went

25:52What are these versions coming in?
25:58Well, now, investigation is underway and statements are being recorded. So, since the beginning,
26:03Chetan Chaudhary and Sia, they both were giving some contradictory statements. And later on,
26:09Ketan was the first guy who confessed everything that he was there. But then he said he climbed the
26:13foot, but he was not present at the spot from where Sia Goyal pushed Ketan Agrawal to the gorge.
26:21But the interesting thing is, later on, again, Sia accepted the crime. She told police officers,
26:29and it's written in her statement, that she initiated the things, she didn't want to get
26:33married to Ketan Agrawal. And that is why she was giving different kind of excuses, quote-unquote
26:40excuses, that he was using a hair patch and she was not ready. Again, her statement reflects that,
26:46she told him again and again, she told Ketan Agrawal that she is not ready for her marriage,
26:51but still, he was not ready to listen. And that is why she came to the conclusion.
26:55Then, the whole story brewed in Lulanagar's cafe. And then, she executed this brutal crime
27:02and murder at Lohogart Fort with the help of Chetan Chaudhary.

27:28Mandir donation scam. New revelations from the SIT report that claim non-compliance with the SOP
27:34established between SPI and the trust regarding the counting of offerings. According to sources,
27:42the SIT report mentions that TINU possessed the keys to the donation boxes without any authorized
27:48order. The SIT report notes that this SOP was subsequently not followed during the process of
27:55counting the offerings. Now, according to this report, the investigation has classified this
28:01as an act of deliberate negligence. That is what the SIT report has revealed. Remember,
28:08the investigation continues and all the CCTV footage is being checked. Not just that of the
28:15personal offerings that have been found in the accounts of the accused. Eight arrests that have
28:20already been made. But further lapses that continue to emerge as part of the Ram Mandir donation scam
28:25were revelations in the SIT report that clearly claimed that there was non-compliance with the SOP
28:32that had been established between SBI, the bank, and the trust regarding the counting of offerings.
