00:00Glory to our Lord.
00:02Amen.
00:03Well, brothers and sisters, as we sing, that question is very important.
00:09Who am I?
00:11If we analyze ourselves, if we look at ourselves,
00:15And if we make a comparison with who Jesus Christ is,
00:20Who are we that He should leave heaven for us?
00:25Tell us what He has done for us.
00:26What should motivate us to humility?
00:31Christianity is based on that.
00:34Walk with humility, because that is what our Lord Jesus Christ taught us.
00:39May we have that attitude, that heart that Christ had towards us,
00:43That forgiveness, He left heaven to die for us,
00:46the eternal God, the Almighty,
00:49He who knows, knows everything.
00:51The Omnipresent, the Omnipotent.
00:55That should inspire us to forgive, to love, to be merciful,
01:02compassionate, tender as He is.
01:05That is what the Lord Jesus Christ called us to.
01:06You know?
01:07When you look at a person's character and nature,
01:11He can have whatever he has.
01:13If he does not have that nature, that character of Jesus Christ,
01:18Something's wrong, something's wrong.
01:21Because we, brothers and sisters, are called to be like him.
01:27We are called to become like each day.
01:29I'm going to read you some verses from Ephesians 4.
01:36Verse 29 tells us,
01:39Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths,
01:43but whatever is good for the necessary building
01:49in order to give grace to the listeners.
01:52And do not conquer the Holy Spirit of God
01:55with which you were sealed for the day of surrender.
01:59And now he tells us,
02:18And then, in chapter 5 it says,
02:21Therefore, be imitators of God as beloved children.
02:24And walk in love as Christ also loved us
02:27and gave himself up for us.
02:30Offering and sacrifice to God in the scent of desire.
02:33Brother, Scripture is very clear in how it teaches us.
02:36He tells us to have the same attitude that God had towards us,
02:40that we forgive as we have forgiven others.
02:42Christ Jesus gave his Son for us.
02:45It was something, brothers, that we didn't stop to think about.
02:48And then he tells us to imitate God,
02:50that we may be imitators and imitate God as in love,
02:55in humility,
02:56If we read further down what Christ has done for us.
02:58It's very important, brothers.
03:00And first of all, we here in the church
03:02that we love one another,
03:03that we forgive one another,
03:05that we may walk with mercy toward one another,
03:07with tenderness, with kindness,
03:09that we may walk in righteousness,
03:11God calls us; we are children of God.
03:14We imitate God, we are children of God.
03:15And not just in words,
03:17by nature,
03:18because we think it's a good idea.
03:21What grade are we, brothers?
03:22Serious.
03:22And what drives us?
03:24To praise him, to glorify him,
03:26to praise his name,
03:27to preach his name,
03:29and be examples.
03:31So I encourage you to do that.
03:32Who am I, Lord?
03:34Who am I?
03:35So that you may pay the price on the cross for my Lord,
03:39And for all of us, Lord.
03:41How great is your name, Lord!
03:43How wonderful you are, Lord!
03:46Praised be your name,
03:47We adore you, Lord,
03:49because we know what He has done for us, Lord.
03:53Help in the Lord to imitate you
03:56and show that love in our lives, Lord.
03:59Glory to your holy name.
04:00I thank you, Lord,
04:02That afternoon, sir.
04:03I thank you for every heart that is here, Lord.
04:07May the Lord bless him.
04:08May he emerge identified and strengthened in your name, Lord.
04:12And may he go forth prepared to preach your name, Lord.
04:15Bless, O Lord,
04:17your offering, Lord,
04:18His word, Lord,
04:19Praise, Lord,
04:21And to those who visit us, Lord.
04:24We give thanks to you, Lord.
04:26In the name of God,
04:27Amen.
04:28Amen.
