00:03Well, as we sing, we believe in Jesus Christ.
00:07Okay, but there's something very important. How did we come to believe?
00:13Someone preached to us.
00:16We sing, "I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ," but we came to believe in Jesus Christ because someone preached to us about Jesus Christ.
00:25Jesus Christ is the truth of God incarnate, the second person of dignity.
00:30He is the Son of God who became incarnate and came to earth.
00:33He is the Almighty God who created us and everything that exists, the owner of all that
00:39It exists.
00:40He is the King of Kings, the Lord of lords.
00:42And one day, every day, he will bow down and acknowledge that He is the Lord, because He is.
00:48He is the Lord of all, the Lord of life, the Lord of the universe, the Lord of what is
00:53It goes and it is not seen.
00:55He is the owner of everything, He is the Lord Jesus Christ, brother.
00:58The point is that he can do everything.
01:01But I want to encourage him in some way.
01:03As believers, as we sing, who believe in Him, we have to have that in our hearts.
01:10It is the desire to preach Jesus Christ.
01:14Preach the Gospel, preach Jesus Christ, because He is the only one who can bring salvation and eternal life.
01:22Because all who do not know Jesus Christ are lost and go to perdition.
01:27He is already lost in this world; he doesn't know where he comes from or where he is going.
01:32That is the reality, what Scripture teaches.
01:34He says that we were without God in the world.
01:36And lost.
01:38So, Scripture tells those who do not know Jesus Christ that they are lost.
01:44They do not live the truth.
01:46So, that's why it's important for us to preach Jesus Christ, who is the truth, as I've told you before.
01:52And I want to encourage you with the verse in Second Timothy, chapter 1, verses 7 and 8, it tells us.
02:02For God has not given us a spirit of pride, but of power, and of love, and of self-control.
02:09Therefore, do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, nor about me, nor about me his prisoner, but
02:17participate in imprisonment for the Gospel according to the power of God.
02:23Scripture tells us that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love, of
02:28power and self-control.
02:30And therefore, we are not ashamed to preach Jesus Christ.
02:35Remember what Paul says in Romans, chapter 1, verses 16 and 17.
02:40He says, I am not ashamed of the Gospel because it is the power of God.
02:45In the Gospel, brother, the message, the message of God, is the truth.
02:49That is why we should not be ashamed because we preach the truth.
02:54And what we say about Jesus, what we say about Scripture, is the truth.
03:00Then it clearly tells us that the power of God is at work in us.
03:04The power of God is in us, and let us not be ashamed to preach the Gospel.
03:10And the consequences that may follow from that.
03:15Because it says here, to bear witness to our Lord, nor to myself, his prisoner,
03:20but share in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God.
03:25And he tells us, participate.
03:27In other words, if you want to be part of that message, you're going to have affliction.
03:32Because the world that does not know God hates the Gospel.
03:37So what does that mean in practice?
03:39You can preach the Gospel and he'll tell you, "That's a fool."
03:44He brainwashed her.
03:46That's a backward person.
03:47And there are others, or being persecuted; there are countries where believers are persecuted by the authorities.
03:55Pablo was here in jail.
03:57He says, "Don't be ashamed to talk about me, even though I'm in jail."
04:03Then he says, be a partaker of the afflictions.
04:08We are called to participate in the afflictions that the Gospel may produce by preaching that truth.
04:15Because the world does not love the truth.
04:17Until Christ comes and the Holy Spirit works in their hearts, they do not love the truth.
04:23Remember what the Scripture says.
04:25The light came into the world, but men loved the darkness more and did not want to come to the light.
04:32Because his work was bad.
04:34It was the opposite, the light.
04:35Christ also tells us that the world hates us.
04:41But brothers, we, says the Bible, whom God gave love.
04:45He says that love for what is lost should be the driving force behind our preaching of the Gospel.
04:51But without being ashamed, because the power of God works in us and enables us to overcome the afflictions that
05:00can produce the consequence of preaching the Gospel.
05:05Because there is power in our lives.
05:06That is why Paul, when he was imprisoned, began to sing.
05:11I was in the last cell.
05:13They put him inside.
05:14In the dark.
05:15They were not the prisons of today.
05:16And then Pablo starts singing that the doors have opened.
05:21Because he had the joy of salvation and knew that the power of God was at work in him.
05:26Because look how it ends.
05:28Affliction for the Gospel according to the power of God.
05:32The power of God, as it says from the beginning, God did not give him the spirit of pride, but of
05:37power, love, and self-control.
05:40Let's do this, brother.
05:43But we too must act, knowing that we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus and the frictions of that

05:54So, what am I encouraging them to do?
05:56Let him preach Jesus Christ.
05:57That should be something very important in our hearts because we seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness.

06:05For the kingdom of God, says the scripture, what is the kingdom of God?
06:09It is not food and drink, it says righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
06:14It is the kingdom of God.
06:15The nature of the kingdom of God is different from the nature of the kingdom of this world.
06:22Because it is justice, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
06:25The kingdom of God, the nature of the kingdom of God is love.
06:30That's why it's important, brother, the only thing that can transform the heart is the Gospel.
06:36Only the Gospel can transform a society culturally, changing its lifestyle because the Gospel produces a change
06:44within us, in our minds, and that leads to a culture according to God's truth.
06:50What is God's will?
06:52Good, pleasant, and perfect.
06:55Therefore, the influence that the Gospel can have on society is transformative, producing a society that walks
07:03in justice, peace, joy, and love.
07:06Only the Gospel can transform, nothing else.
07:09That's why preaching is important.
07:11Remember the Samaritan woman when, after she spoke with Jesus Christ, what did she do?
07:16He has left and says that he began to bear witness to the Lord.
07:21He testified about the Lord, the people came out, they listened to Christ, and then the word says that they believed because of the word.
07:28that the woman said.
07:30They believed because of the woman's words, that he said he knew everything about her.
07:35Brother, then, as we sing the song, create a Lord Jesus Christ.
07:39You believe because someone preached to you, but have love in your heart and preach it to others, Jesus Christ.
07:46And do not be ashamed of it, for it is the absolute truth of God.
07:50It is the power of God that acts in our lives.
07:52It is the power that transformed our lives.
07:54And it is the power that will transform the lives of those who hear the Lord through you.
