00:00President Trump was in Pennsylvania on Tuesday to tout his economic accomplishments and restart
00:05his affordability tour ahead of the midterms. He's had some other issues on his plate lately,
00:10chief among them the war with Iran. And while the theme of the day was the cost of living for
00:14voters,
00:15when he stopped to speak to reporters, Iran was the first issue on everyone's mind.
00:19Now, he was asked about U.N. inspectors and Iran's nuclear program. Iran says it's not part of the
00:25peace deal. But here's what the president said. They're wrong. They know they're wrong.
00:29They told us inside and we have it down 100 percent inspections. And if they were right,
00:35I'd cancel the meetings right now. The president also took a victory lap about the 19 million barrels
00:40of oil that he claimed flowed through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday. He said it was the highest
00:44amount of oil transported through the waterway ever. But there's a lot of mixed messages when
00:49it comes to all things Iran. And the International Energy Agency says an average day before the war
00:54saw more than 20 million barrels pass through. The Justice Department has opened a civil rights
01:00investigation into a Brooklyn coffee shop after it essentially banned Congressman Dan Goldman over
01:06his support for Israel. Poetica Coffee, a small local coffee shop in Park Slope, found itself on
01:11the national stage after it said it would have refused to serve the New York Democrat had staff
01:16recognized him. But since he picked up his order unnoticed, Poetica went ahead and refunded his
01:21purchase just to prove their point. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon said federal law
01:25prohibits places of public accommodation from discriminating based on race, religion or national
01:30origin and said the Civil Rights Division is reviewing the matter. The shop's actions sparked
01:35a political firestorm with supporters calling it protest and critics arguing it may have crossed a
01:40legal line. Now, federal officials will determine whether the incident warrants further enforcement
01:45action. And this isn't the first time this particular coffee shop or those associated with it have
01:50lashed out at Israel. The founder regularly engages in comment threads under posts about Israel or the
01:56horrors committed by Hamas, in which some of them he appears to justify the terrorist group's atrocities
02:02on October 7th, 2023. In one response to a video posted by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres,
02:09Poetica's founder posted, quote, Israel is the Nazi Germany of current time. The largest health care
02:15fraud takedown in American history. That's the latest claim from Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche
02:21in the current administration's quest to root out fraud across the government. The Justice Department
02:26has charged 455 defendants, including at least 90 medical professionals, in schemes involving more than
02:32six and a half billion dollars in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid and other health care
02:37programs. Federal authorities also seized 182 million dollars in cash and other assets from the alleged
02:43fraudsters. Here's Blanche on Tuesday. We're taking back the money, the luxury cars, the jewelry,
02:50and these alleged fraudsters will face justice. The pricey stuff he's talking about there includes a
02:56$135,000 Maserati, an $865,000 Bulgari necklace, and the construction of a $4.6 million resort in the
03:05Philippines. Not what I would consider medical expenses. One of the biggest single cases involves an Arizona-based
03:11executive accused of billing the government for, quote, unnecessary wound grafts and collecting
03:17more than $1 billion bucks. For more on these stories and everything else you could possibly
