00:00Iran is the only country who will decide what to do with its assets, which are going to
00:07be defrozen.
00:10And so I reject any claim about that there would be any role for any other country to
00:28have an influence on those decisions or on those processes.
00:35The remarks made by the U.S. president created some troubles in Bergen-Stadt negotiations.
00:51And it put the negotiations at a very serious risk.
00:56Although the word is used to hear those conflicting and paradoxical statements by the president
01:12of the United States, we should make it very clear that as far as the United States shows
01:27readiness and a constructive approach to negotiate with Iran and to resolve the issues, Iran will
01:39continue to negotiate and to discuss.
01:42But I think now it should have become clear for everybody, particularly for the president
01:51of the United States, that they can do nothing with Iran with military option.
01:59Definitely, there is a role for them, but that role is limited to these technical aspects
02:08of defreezing of assets.
02:11But certainly, Iran does not allow them to have further influence on the other processes which
02:25are related to the buying the commodities and importing them.
02:33That is something that Iran and only Iran will decide.
02:37A kind of fragile ceasefire in Lebanon was established and it seems that it continues and therefore the
02:50negotiations started in Bergen-Stadt on Sunday.
02:55It continued until midnight and there was, I think, some good progress in the negotiations.
03:08First of all, with regard to Lebanon, we made it clear for everybody, for the parties to the
03:17MOU, that Lebanon is an unquestionable part of the agreement on MOU.
03:26The security and territorial integrity of Lebanon should be respected.
03:31The war against the Lebanese people should be stopped.
03:35There shouldn't be any new attack against Lebanon.
03:42And we believe that the termination of war and military operation in Lebanon includes the withdrawal
03:54of the Israeli forces from Lebanon territories and ending the occupation.
04:01Iran's red line is any attack against Lebanon, any more attack against Lebanon.
04:08And as you have followed, because of the attacks, even attacks against the southern part of Lebanon,
04:18Iran was of the view that the grounds for the negotiations are not complete and then we are not ready
04:34to
04:35start these lines of negotiations.
04:37And the Iranian delegation came to Bergen-Stadt just at the time that we received the assurance
04:45that there would be no attack against any place in Lebanon.
04:50We should warn Israel and give it a hint that if they are going to violate the MOU in any
05:00format,
05:01including by attacking Lebanon and Hezbollah in Lebanon, then Iran will respond.
05:08Iran and Syria definitely will respond.
