00:04Seven years after hanging up his racket,
00:06there is still much about badminton legend Datuk Seri Lee Chong Wei
00:11that remains unknown to the public, and he is now ready to share it.
00:15Chong Wei has unveiled his upcoming live talk titled
00:19Beyond Greatness, From Inspiration to Impact,
00:22which will be held on October 24th and 25th at the Idea Live Arena in Petaling Jaya.
00:29The project is a collaboration among the former World No. 1, AIC Life,
00:34and Angkatan Kooperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad, Ankasa.
00:39Chong Wei said the organization's charitable nature
00:41was the main reason behind the collaboration.
00:44Since retiring in 2019, the 43-year-old has remained actively involved
00:50in charitable and community work.
00:52He said he was honored to be part of Beyond Greatness
00:55and to collaborate with organizations that share a commitment
00:59to empowering individuals and creating a positive impact.

01:39He said he hopes the initiative will encourage more Malaysians
01:42to believe in themselves, embrace challenges,
01:45and continue striving to become the best version of themselves.
01:48The talk will cover various aspects of his life beyond badminton,
01:52including his journey, his current role in the Badminton Association of Malaysia,
01:57and his efforts to instill the right mindset
02:00in the younger generation of national players
02:02to help elevate Malaysian badminton back to its former glory.
02:07He also hinted at the possibility of sharing his love story
02:10with Datin Seriwong Miu Chu,
02:13whom he met at a badminton academy when he was 17 years old.

02:20through the event's Instagram page,
02:23with selected questions to be featured during the talk.
02:26Tickets will be available for purchase from July 1st at 369 ringgit each,
02:32with every ticket including products worth 924 ringgit.
