00:17After reaching a peaceful agreement with the leadership of the Bolivian Workers Central Union,
00:22which his members reject, they delivered an extensive speech to the country,
00:26in which he once again criminalized the indigenous and former leaders who demand the defense of their resources,
00:32their sovereignty and decent living conditions.
00:34This declaration of a certain emergency opens a new chapter in the Bolivian crisis that could deepen the existing polarization.
