6/17/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Stupid Gangstalking PERPS Loiter Get Internet Famous For All

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The stupid and retarded organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators like to excessively loiter to self expose themselves and get themselves internet famous. Their corrupt officials and other perp handlers use them as human sacrifices, while the handlers and dirty official hide away really far behind the perps in the back. All corrupt officials and their gangstalking perp puppets are cowardly cockroaches.

Many of the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators barely have any clue that my international group associates and I have shared their collected video, photographs, and other information all over the internet where those nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global allies can look them all up, including the people and things connected to them in some sort of way.

Gangstalking perps and collaborators having a clue or not does not change the fact that we made them internet famous to everyone, everywhere. If the gangstalking perps are oblivious, than that is too bad for them. They will go through life at a disadvantage. The perps who do have a clue what we did with them, will get to live out the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders wherever they go to. They can go on vacation, move to a different city or country, and their images and information will still be out there circulating around endlessly between different hands and groups. They get to be mocked and humiliated as gangstalking perp collaborators of the corrupt officials, or even other worse outcomes.

Look closer at the loitering black Tesla SUV. It loitered for a long time even before I arrived. They immediately moved to another farther away parking space to loiter around some more. Anyone with legitimate business would not loiter during closed hours, and would not be driving around the parking lot to loiter around some more.
