00:05the Newquay stores today for their grand opening. I'm cooking for about 40 of their regulars,
00:11I'm doing some beef and black bean enchiladas with a carrot and coriander and lime,
00:17coleslaw and then some apple fruit crumble to finish. All of the food we're doing today can
00:22be made from really affordable ingredients either you can get from the stores or you can get from
00:26your local shop. Tins, cans, packets things like that as well as lots of fresh veg and fresh fruit
00:31really good for you. You've got those beans in there as well which are brilliant for you
00:35and it's like I said it's really affordable and it's really filling. Every family has the right
00:40to be able to get good quality healthy food on their plate every day and that's why I'm here
00:45because I believe that that should be the case for everyone and not just the lucky few. So thank you
