00:16And what it really does is to push one thing to another side.
00:21That is that we've got a ceasefire, which is going to endure for 60 days.
00:25And during that 60 days, there will be negotiations.
00:28What the outcome of that negotiation will be, we don't really know.
00:32What we can say at the moment, I think, is that the ledger is probably in Iran's favour,
00:38that America has not compelled Iran to its will,
00:43and neither, because there is a negotiation, did it defeat Iran.
