00:23Estrada is facing one count of graft before the 2nd Division and one count of plunder
00:28and another count of graft before the 5th Division.
00:31The ombudsman charged him on May 28 and he has been detained at the New Quezon City Jail
00:35in Payatas since June 1.
00:37Estrada is the highest-ranking official so far to be arrested over the multi-billion-peso
00:41flood control corruption.
00:43The ombudsman says case records point to an accumulated sum of illicit payouts amounting
00:48to over 573 million pesos which were allegedly systematically delivered to Estrada.
