Hundreds of Bersatu members and supporters gathered outside the party's headquarters in Petaling Jaya on Tuesday (June 16) night as its top leadership convened a special meeting to discuss the party's relationship with PAS and its position within Perikatan Nasional (PN).

The meeting, chaired by Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, is expected to determine the party's stance following PAS' decision to end political cooperation with Bersatu.

00:49PAS President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang said the Party's relationship with Bersatu had come to an end
00:56and left it to Muhyiddin's party to decide whether it wished to remain in Perikatan National.
01:01However, Muhyiddin later said Bersatu was saddened by the decision but would continue to remain within the coalition.
