00:09Assalamualaikum, selamat pagi semua.
00:49Terima kasih kerana kami menghubungi.
00:49Jadi, sila menghubungi, Nik, pembangunan Re-Glue Lab, Marcus.
01:07Ya.
01:08Biasanya saya seperti, mereka berpunyai pengalaman.
01:11Saya ingin menghubungi pertanyaan pertama kepada Marcus.
01:15Pertanyaan yang sangat mudah.
01:16Bagaimana cara memperbaiki kulit?
02:02It is filled and loaded with active ingredients.
02:05These are released to the skin.
02:07And as they are liposomised, which is small vesicles in which the ingredients are,
02:13they're fast and deep absorbed by the skin.
02:16That's the simple concept of the skincare routine.
02:20And it's important to understand there are no additives in it.
02:23It's just pure active ingredients.
02:25I do read about the Reglob that I mentioned about the skin turnover protocol.
02:32Can you share with us what I thought about?
02:34Yeah, that actually roots in the same beliefs as our technology.
02:39That's why we work together.
02:40That's why we really get along so well together and why the concept is actually one.
02:45So basically, you go local to a place and you get the lightweight treatment,
02:53which is a strong activator for your collagen production.
02:57It's also a cleansing.
02:58and it's kind of a kickstart for your skin to get back into its normal routine.
03:03And that you do on site.
03:05It's a professional environment and for at home.
03:09And that's the important part about skincare.
03:11It's not only the ingredients, it's the consistency you need to build up.
03:15So when you go home, you can take the tissues, you can take the cloths.
03:20And you have the same activation every evening.
03:23It's a bit lower in intensity, you have the delivery of the active ingredients.
03:28And actually, you close the whole routine by applying a mask which calms your skin and which stabilizes your skin.
03:35All right.
03:36Thank you, Marco.
03:36So Nick, the man behind of the Reglob.
03:40And so what's inspired you to create the Reglob?
03:42Okay, after many years in this instruction, so I noticed many people only ask for help when their skin condition
03:50becomes serious.
03:51They follow trends with no understanding their skin and end up more sensitive and unstable.
03:57So we ask ourselves, can skincare be more sustainable and healthier long term?
04:01Then we beat markers from Philadelphia of Switzerland.
04:06We share the same belief.
04:08So healthy skin should be simple and sustainable.
04:12Then we together create the Reglob, the Skin Turnover Photocore.
04:17The follow three simple steps, activate, deliver and stabilise.
04:22Is there any challenge that really, you know, is stopping you from, you know, roll out this project?
04:28It's just follow our method lah.
04:30Follow three simple steps.
04:32Just now I say, activate, deliver and stabilise.
04:37All right.
04:38Okay.
04:38Incredible answer.
04:39So Daniel, you actually went through the Reglob Skin Turnover Protocol that we discussed just now.
04:45I can actually see the difference.
04:46Everybody knows you.
04:48All the Malaysian knows you.
04:49Your skin looks brighter, calmer and healthier.
04:52So tell us honestly, what was your experience really?
04:57My experience really, I mean, I would first say that like, I think like humans in general, we're super complicated.
05:04We like things, we like to complicate things, you know, like from believing that just three steps is more than
05:10enough.
05:11We tend to like, oh, I should buy the idea of like a 15 skincare routine step.
05:16But like that is not necessarily, you may, you may follow through a 15 skincare routine, but that may not
05:22be the best thing for you.
05:24So, but I would like to stick to what is simple, what is direct.
05:28And that's what I feel is aligned with me.
05:30So what Reglob actually introduced here is actually that, that three main skin, skin steps, sorry, the three steps, main
05:38steps, which is the first one to activate.
05:40And that is something that I've experienced myself at Pusat Erwata in Ari Glos Niri.
05:45So activating with the light ray therapy.
05:50And that's what I went through first before I started this.
05:53So I start with that light ray therapy where it cleans my pores from all the impurities, you know, it
06:00helps to generate collagen.
06:02But of course, that alone is not enough.
06:05So you're going to do, it starts with home as well.
06:07So once you're done with that, activate.
06:09And the second step, it was just to deliver, right?
06:11And deliver is by using the skin repair cloth that the technology that they've already developed.
06:19And yeah, that's what I did at home.
06:21So I've been using it for seven days, probably a week like that.
06:25Yeah.
06:26And I think I saw the results myself.
06:28So like, because as personalities ourselves, we appear in front of the cameras a lot.
06:33We put on makeups a lot.
06:34But I'm saying that like this only applies for those who wears makeup every day.
06:38But I mean, in fact, you know, if you live a healthy lifestyle, outdoor, a sports person or anything,
06:44your pores get clogged easily, especially for a Malaysian climate, tropical climate, you know.
06:49That's the biggest issue.
06:50Yeah, that is actually the biggest issue.
06:53So hence, that's why this is actually really important.
06:55because aside from just your usual skincare routine, exfoliation is very important.
07:00And we're talking about this.
07:01So it's not just any usual exfoliation.
07:04It comes with the right technology R&D that Phila Bay has already developed.
07:09And it's all just in one simple cloth.
07:12But it's not that simple because that's the active ingredients like what Marcus shared earlier.
07:16So that active ingredient, when you put a little bit of water, when you hydrate it,
07:21and you wipe it in your face, and then, you know, it does its job.
07:24It does its work.
07:25And then, of course, you wrap it up with hydration.
07:28We want to age slower.
07:29Yeah.
07:30We want to look like the Cantonese would say pop pop choy every day.
07:34So yeah, that's what we need.
07:36So yeah, that's what I did.
07:37And that's what I experienced.
07:38And I kind of like, and I do see that small changes.
07:41I would be lying if I said like, oh, I'm a different person right now.
07:44But no, I'm not.
07:45So I'm just saying that I see that small, little changes.
07:50And that small, little changes are the baby steps that I think it starts from today.
07:54I wish I knew about it earlier.
07:55So that my younger days, I would have known what to do to my skin.
07:59But of course, I don't have outbreaks as many anymore.
08:03But what I'm left with is just my acne scars, which I'm treating it right now.
08:09But I'm happy to say that like, I don't have my outbreaks as often anymore,
08:13despite putting on makeup almost every day for shoots.
08:18But yeah, my skin is pretty much healthier.
08:20Yes, I think when we have a better skin, we have a better life.
08:25Yes, that's right.
08:26I can tell how excited you are.
08:28But I think this is the last question that I'd like to throw to all of you about.
08:32There is a bundle of product out there.
08:34But the thing is, if you make mistake of taking care of your skin,
08:38it stand out to be wasting your time or, you know, it didn't work well.
08:42So Marcus, what are the typical mistakes that people do about taking care of your skin?
08:48Well, there is probably two or three key mistakes.
08:51One is that a lot of people think, because they're also told so by the industry,
08:57that they have to have multiple products.
09:00It starts with a cleanser, then it's a toner, then it's probably a moisturizer,
09:03then it's a targeted treatment, then it's another treatment.
09:06And this is very complicated for the skin.
09:09So it overwhelms the skin in the end.
09:12It's not about the ingredients they use.
09:14They're fine.
09:14That's pretty much the same as we would use, but it's too much for the skin.
09:19And actually, as you just said and mentioned, the easiness is actually one of the solutions.
09:26And the second part, and that's probably even more important,
09:29is that people believe they have a pimple now or an outbreak now,
09:33and they want an immediate solution.
09:34That won't happen.
09:36The skin has a skin rhythm.
09:38It rebuilds itself every 28 days when you're young.
09:41That goes up to about 70 days when you're older.
09:45So it cannot change faster than these 28 or 70 days.
09:50So you have to adjust to that.
09:52And real change only happens with your skin rhythm.
09:55And that is, I think, the most important part to understand
09:59that quick fixes in skincare, they really don't exist.
10:04Nick, you're a POV?
10:05Yeah.
10:06Same, just Marcus just saying.
10:08But be consistently and continuously to use.
10:13Yes, that's the most important thing, the two keys.
10:15So you mentioned a lot about the steps of taking care of your skin
10:19because you're used to expose to many products
10:23because you are a celebrity.
10:24So what are the mistakes that actually you need to remind people
10:27so that they don't repeat them?
10:29I feel like what Marcus and Nate also addressed earlier,
10:33everything takes time.
10:35There's no immediate solution.
10:36So you need to experiment with that thing,
10:39not just within a month.
10:40Because it takes longer than that,
10:43probably like three months and stuff.
10:44But also, I mean, you can't just rely on what's external.
10:49internal is also really important.
10:52So it works both ways.
10:53So this cannot help you
10:55if you do not help yourself internally as well.
10:58You've got to eat right, you've got to drink right,
11:01hydrate yourself properly with water and everything like that.
11:04So this thing can complement your lifestyle.
11:07So that's what I feel that is actually really, really important.
11:10So yeah, consistency is definitely the key.
11:13Once your skin is hydrated,
11:15anything else that you put on top of it,
11:18it's quickly absorbed.
11:19So that is the most important thing.
11:21Your serum,
11:23everything else that you put,
11:24then it will be absorbed.
11:25Definitely.
11:26So for those who are watching you,
11:27they're not alone.
11:28Everybody is facing the same problem.
11:30Yeah, trust me.
11:30But you need to find a right method,
11:32a right way to treat your skin,
11:34a right product,
11:35or whatever you name it.
11:37Because there is a way
11:38to solve your problem, basically.
11:40So this is the experts
11:42talking about what we call
11:43the skincare products
11:44or anything related to it.
11:46So once again,
11:46I would like to thanks
11:47to Marcus from Phyllabys, Switzerland,

11:52and the important person
