Policing Paradise Season 2 Episode 3
Transcript
00:01Welcome to Bermuda, an island in the middle of the Atlantic.
00:08I wouldn't want to police anywhere else. It's paradise.
00:12A police service cracking down on crime.
00:15Looks like a homemade machete, doesn't it?
00:18To keep this British Overseas Territory safe.
00:22We've got a bike failing to stop.
00:26Right now, you're swearing at me and I'm disrespectful.
00:30Up close to investigations.
00:33One of the most dangerous drugs in the market today is a killer.
00:37Is there extra pressure with it being linked to a murder? I'd say so.
00:41Catching criminals at the border.
00:43You are being placed under arrest with suspicion of conspiracy to employ drugs into the river.
00:48At the airport.
00:49A canine has shown interest in your bags.
00:53And on the water.
00:55You're walking away from my officers?
00:57Can you stop the boat, please?
00:59With the busy summer here.
01:01Please get back, please. Go back, go back.
01:03This is peak season for the police.
01:06Go, go, go, go.
01:10It's a kind of view in it.
01:11Mm-hmm.
01:17Today, for officers in Bermuda, a high-speed chase of a stolen bike.
01:22Go right in front of them. When do you get a chance? Go right in front of them and block
01:24them off.
01:25An elusive rule breaker on the loose.
01:28Might have seen one, just decided to...
01:31So the bike's going too?
01:32Decided to dip, yeah.
01:34And a possible SOS on the water.
01:37Oh, wait a minute, Tyler. Somebody's flagging us down.
01:40Yeah, yeah, over there.
01:46Just gonna do a little mobile patrol around the city, just check out some of our targeted areas that we
01:51like to pay extra attention to.
01:53And just, yeah, just a routine sort of patrol.
01:58Police constable James Adams is a relative rookie in the police.
02:03I've been in the police service now for a short while. I'm still brand new. Some would say that the
02:08ink is still wet on my warrant card.
02:10About two and a half years now.
02:12He's partnered with experienced police constable Jonathan Flood.
02:17They're both Bermudians and want to keep their island safe.
02:21Yeah, I enjoy it. Obviously, I've got skin in the game.
02:23You know, we both do. We live here. We've got houses here. So we want to see our island do
02:29well.
02:29I am protective of Bermuda.
02:31And I want to make sure that, you know, Bermuda stays a safe place to be, to live, to visit,
02:36and to have families, and to grow.
02:38In keeping Bermuda safe, there's much for the police to do.
02:42It's just like a city. Any major city out in the States, we've got all the same stuff.
02:47Your petty crimes, your shoplifting, your basic, um, thefts.
02:51Then you've got your more serious crimes, which is your organized stuff.
02:55You've got, you know, drug dealing. You do have, you know, anybody that reads the news is going to see
03:00that we do have murders, we do have shootings, we do have stabbings.
03:03Just on a much smaller scale, and thankfully, a much smaller scale.
03:07Officers James and Jonathan are targeting known crime hotspots in the center of the island.
03:14There's been, um, some thefts in the area of motorcycles, and they've been stashing them behind this old abandoned church.
03:22So, we've been putting a little pressure around here, showing the police presence.
03:29You never know what you might encounter or who you might find, so you're on edge a bit, and you're
03:35keeping your wits about you.
03:38And these kids snuck up on me and just kind of caught me off guard.
03:43Hey, what's up, man? How are you? How are you? You all right?
03:46Good, buddy.
03:48Oh, we're just doing a little patrol of the area, man. We're just checking out the church.
03:51Sometimes we just pay extra attention to places just to make sure everything's okay.
03:55Kind of very suddenly, uh, these young kids came up to me.
03:58How are you guys doing? You all right? What you up to?
04:02Nothing much? Just chilling?
04:03To turn around and see them, and it just instantly makes you feel light. It makes you feel happy.
04:08It kind of takes you out of that intensity for a moment.
04:11Police cards? I think I do have some in the car. Let me check for you, yeah?
04:14What's going on, fellas?
04:15Yeah, I see what I got in the car, man.
04:18The kids are keen to get their hands on some sports cards, a recent police initiative to build bridges with
04:24young locals.
04:27Here you go. There's a couple extra in there, okay, kids? So that way you can trade them with others,
04:32all right?
04:32So we have, like, just very local Bermudian athletes.
04:35So we have some of, like, kind of the new school athletes, the up-and-coming, we have past legends
04:39as well.
04:42Which ones you don't have?
04:43I think the goal is to try and collect them all, and I believe there's some prizes associated with that
04:49once the kids collect them all.
04:50So, yeah, they actually have become really, really popular, yeah.
04:53For more of the variety, yeah? No, you haven't got that one?
04:56For me, that means a lot. That's a huge part of the job, especially for our young kids, to know
05:01that they can approach police officers and have a friendly interaction, and that we're not to be feared.
05:06Those superstar cards are a great way for that to be a thing, and that was really, really cool, a
05:11special moment for sure.
05:12All right, you guys, have a good day, right? Yeah. Cool, man. All right.
05:16Officers James and Jonathan continue their patrol.
05:20With an important advantage, few criminals can see them coming.
05:25This is an unmarked police vehicle. This kind of gives you just an added element of surprise.
05:30Suddenly, their shift starts to heat up.
05:34We were heading back in towards the city, and we saw this motorcycle with two people on it, in very
05:40baggy clothing, helmets, dark visors. That looked a bit odd.
05:45Two up, wearing all dark clothing. I mean, in this seat, if you're wearing black sweats, black hoodie, you know,
05:52it just twings the alarm bells.
05:55An 83-degree temperature of, like, 100% humidity, it is so out of place. It just doesn't fit, and
06:01it is going to get you noticed like that.
06:06The officers attempt to catch up with the bike, which seems to have given them the slip.
06:12When we initially lost sight of them, I was able to capture the plate first, visually capture the plate, the
06:18registration of the plate, and run that through the system.
06:21The results confirm their hunch. The bike's stolen.
06:25Yeah, it's a stolen bike.
06:27Ah.
06:29See?
06:31Yeah, it's a stolen bike.
06:33Let's see if we can catch up.
06:36I am like a dog with a bone. Once I feel like I can sink my teeth into something, I
06:40will not let it go.
06:41I will see it through to the end.
06:44It's coming back stolen in Ireland. We're going to try and put a stop on Unconscious Hill.
06:48The chase is on.
06:55On the other side of the island, at the cruise ship terminal, another patrol is enjoying a more relaxed time.
07:04How are you doing?
07:05How are you doing?
07:06How are you doing? How are you doing? How are you doing?
07:09Morning, isn't it?
07:10Morning. It's morning.
07:11What's happening? You all right?
07:15Good to see you both.
07:16The attractions here are all part of the beat for Georgie Police Constable Adam Thompson and his partner, Police Constable
07:24Melissa Butler.
07:25I think the majority of the people that will come here will be tourists, right?
07:29Yeah, from the cruise ships.
07:30Uh-huh.
07:31Yeah.
07:32If you've got two cruise ships at one time, it can be anywhere between 8,000 and 9,000 people
07:36extra.
07:36You go up there in the summer and it's just buzzing. The place is absolutely buzzing.
07:40It does mean that crime can go up a little bit, you know, but yeah, it's good. I enjoy it.
07:47Officer Adam has been in Bermuda for more than a decade.
07:51I think a lot of the local community usually come down here at night times.
07:54I haven't been here in a few years, but Monday nights used to be the place to be. It used
07:58to be a great night out here.
08:00He was a chef when he first came to the island.
08:04I worked a few places in Europe. I worked in Greece and Italy for a while.
08:08Then when I was 21, I found Bermuda on the map and then I've been here ever since, so yeah,
08:12really enjoying it, man.
08:13He joined the police over a year ago, but still misses some of the perks of his old career.
08:19Free food, of course, man. Yeah, it costs an absolute fortune.
08:23I'm used to eating oysters, octopus three times a week, steaks whenever I like.
08:27But, yeah, I'm a police officer now, so I don't think I get that privilege anymore,
08:31so that's probably one thing I will miss from hospitality.
08:33How many people, you reckon, was in there?
08:35Um, just say that it's a normal, comfortable ground.
08:38All right, OK.
08:39Yeah.
08:39Foot patrol conducted of the Snoggle Park area. Everything appears to be 10-4.
08:52Despite his long time on the island, Officer Adam is still unmistakably a Geordie.
08:58Just having a quick check of horseshoe beer just to make sure everything's all right.
09:03As you can tell, I've got a strong Geordie accent.
09:05So there's obviously different phrases in the Geordie dictionary, as we like to call it.
09:10One of them being canny, which I use quite a lot.
09:13There you go, man. Look at that.
09:17It's a canny view, innit? Mm-hm.
09:21I think Bermuda's canny. Yeah, Bermuda's a canny place to live. It is.
09:38It's my favourite thing about living in Bermuda. Water, beaches, sunshine. Can't get any more beautiful than here.
09:45Coast Guard, Mel Gauntlet, is Bermudian born and bred.
09:49The ocean is all around us. And as a Bermudian, it's just a natural part of life here.
09:56I really am basically a mermaid, actually. I think I'm more like a siren. Mermaids are cute and fluffy. I'm
10:02a little bit dangerous.
10:03Mum of two, Coast Guard Mel has been working the water here for four years.
10:09My daughters called this my super suit. And when they were little, they asked me how many bad guys I
10:14caught on a daily basis.
10:15And I love that they think that of me.
10:18Today, she's patrolling Bermuda's more than 70 miles of coastline with Colour Sergeant Tyrus Smith.
10:25Barely any clouds and no wind.
10:28It's gonna be a scorcher one.
10:31Whoo!
10:32We're looking out for fisheries violations, people who just aren't obeying the rules when it comes to the water.
10:38We also handle search and rescue missions, as well as any boaters in distress.
10:43We want to make sure that everyone comes home at the end of the day.
10:49With temperatures well above 30 degrees, the locals know that the best place to cool off is the water.
10:57We're at Admiralty House, a very popular spot for cliff jumping, different levels and everything into deeper water, and then
11:05climb through the cave system to get back up top.
11:07It's like a Bermudian rite of passage.
11:09That's where I learned how to swim.
11:11Yeah, I wasn't brave enough to jump off those things.
11:14But for those lacking a head for heights, like Coast Guard Mel, there is an alternative.
11:19Dock jumping is another popular one.
11:22They'd like to do tricks.
11:24There we go.
11:29Love of being outside and in the water starts early here.
11:35The water is also a way to cool off for the thousands of tourists here, with plenty of boats keeping
11:42Coast Guard Mel busy.
11:44Hello.
11:47Sorry to disturb you, but just so you know, you need to go a lot slower through here.
11:52Are you guys okay?
11:53Yeah, we're good.
11:54You're headed back?
11:55Yes.
11:55Okay.
11:56We just made it stop here.
11:57No worries.
11:58Just, it's a five no wake zone in here.
12:02You guys are just going a little bit fast, but I'm glad you're okay.
12:05Get back to your dock safe, okay?
12:06All right.
12:08On hot and busy days like this, Coast Guards Mel and Tyler must have eagle eyes for anyone getting
12:14into trouble.
12:17Oh, wait a minute, Tyler.
12:19Hold on.
12:21Somebody's flagging us down, but I don't know if it's an emergency.
12:28Waving at us?
12:29Yeah, yeah.
12:30Over there.
12:32There's someone waving us down, so we're just trying to see if everything's all right.
12:35When we see somebody who is in distress, you're constantly assessing the situation.
12:41You're assessing the environment.
12:43How can I get to that person?
12:44What's wrong with that person?
12:46He did the international, I am not okay wave.
12:49A signal for distress could mean a life saving rescue.
12:53You never know what you're dealing with until you arrive on scene.
13:21What is it?
13:25What is it?
13:34and you let me know, and you're ready.
13:36Ready.
13:39So I'm not telling you what to do.
13:40Slow down, slow down, slow down, slow down, slow down.
13:42Let this car out, let this car out.
13:46Floody being in the passenger seat takes complete control.
13:49He says, listen, all right, we're
13:50going to pull up quickly, but silently.
13:53We're not going to activate the sirens.
13:54We're just going to get up and just get as close as we can.
13:56I do trust his judgment.
13:58So what you can do is just, he's made us, he's made us,
14:02he's made us.
14:03Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go,
14:05go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go,
14:11go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go,
14:16go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go,
14:21go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go,
14:28go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go
14:34Relax.
14:35Got him?
14:36I'm detaining you right now, all right?
14:38Cool?
14:38Stay still.
14:40Hey, hey.
14:41Put him in cuffs.
14:42Cuffs.
14:42Help me out.
14:43Stay here.
14:43The reason you guys are being snatched is because that bike's
14:45coming back sterling, yes?
14:48Serious?
14:49Yeah, serious.
14:49That's why you're being snatched.
14:51Yeah, we've got a vehicle stop.
14:52Charlie Uniform 3-1-1.
14:54Two detained on Cox's Hill just by Rubis Gas Station.
14:57Can you just confirm that it is a 1040?
15:00Roughly?
15:00I don't see anything.
15:01I'm not even trying to work.
15:02No.
15:03How am I being rough?
15:04The suspects are complaining about the forceful nature
15:07of the stop.
15:08We didn't even know the police.
15:10You and us.
15:11Yeah, no, I pulled you off the bike because most of the time
15:13you guys try to run on these bikes.
15:15You still have to be very fast.
15:17You have to be dynamic.
15:18And you've got to get out of that vehicle
15:20and get hands on those suspects
15:21and detain them as quickly as possible.
15:23We were aggressive with, within reason,
15:26using the necessary force to ensure their safety
15:28as well as our own.
15:29So that elicits...
15:30Well, I don't know you from that.
15:31You guys are trying to slip through the gap.
15:32Come on now.
15:32Come on now.
15:35Hey, hey, hey, hey.
15:36Settle down, yeah?
15:37Just relax.
15:38Your first use of force as an officer is your presence.
15:42The second use of force is your commands.
15:45If you can shut down an entire scenario or incident
15:49with just your presence and verbals, that's a win.
15:53So, hey, fellas, pay attention.
15:54So this bike is coming back stolen.
15:57So you're both under arrest for suspicion of TWAC,
15:58which is taking a vehicle without owner's consent, okay?
16:01You're both getting locked up at the present moment in time, yeah?
16:03Dominate that situation right off the bat,
16:05and that's when you can start looking at bringing the incident down.
16:10I'm just going to check your waistband,
16:11make sure you don't have any knives or anything on you, okay?
16:14There are no weapons found,
16:17only headgear that is not the usual Bermudian bike fashion.
16:21I know, but...
16:23Come on, that ain't giving up my helmet.
16:25No, he's almost that.
16:27That ain't my helmet.
16:28That's my brother's helmet, see?
16:29You boys do foolish stuff that attracts too much attention, you know?
16:33Okay.
16:34So that attracts attention?
16:35Why on earth would you have the inner lining of your helmet looking like that?
16:38No, that, see, it was on my head.
16:40It wasn't coming down with that.
16:42I didn't say it was, but I asked you why you would have the inner...
16:44It ain't mine.
16:46The suspects are taken into custody, and the bike to the pound.
16:50This one's so excited to go, so he's actually the rider, so he can go fresh.
16:55All right, my brother.
16:56One, two, three, up.
16:59It's a good stop.
17:00It's just what policing is.
17:01This is just, you know, this is basic, basic one-on-one policing.
17:04Getting out on the ground, spotting things that don't look right,
17:07spotting the fences, and putting the stop in,
17:11and catching people and getting people's property back to them.
17:13So, it's a win.
17:15A win tinged with a bit of relief for Officer Jonathan.
17:21I 100% thought that they were going to ditch that bike and leg it.
17:25I am very happy that I did not have to run very far.
17:28Running in that heat with all that kit at 38 uphill,
17:33I've got about 100 metres in me and that's it.
17:49On the other side of the island, Geordie Officer Adam is continuing his patrol of Bermuda's tourist hotspots.
17:58I'm Newcastle.
17:59I'm Newcastle.
18:00Yeah, die hard.
18:01Die hard, man.
18:02Yeah, yeah.
18:03You on Sunday?
18:03Uh-huh.
18:04No, not Sunday.
18:05Oh, that's good.
18:06Yeah, that's it.
18:07Of course, man.
18:07Yeah, Newcastle.
18:08Yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:09Once a Geordie, always a Geordie.
18:10That's what they say.
18:11I mean, Manny Naird, man, but you've got some work to do, Mike.
18:14You've got some work to do for next season, really.
18:16You guys are good.
18:20Do you want to rest here, all right, guys?
18:21See you later.
18:23Comedians, they follow the football hard, you know, so it's always good to have a bit crack with them.
18:33On his way to the next tourist stop, Officer Adam spies some dangerous behaviour on the road.
18:40We were travelling west along Horshu Road, and we seen a gentleman cut up through the field and turn into
18:46this junction here, and he didn't have a helmet on.
18:48We literally had an accident yesterday up west where a gentleman was driving with no helmet on.
18:53And he sat there, and he's still in hospital at the moment, so it's something we've got to take seriously.
18:58But finding the man will take all their detective skills.
19:04Where's he going?
19:06Has he just drove off?
19:09Maybe around the back here, one second.
19:12Where did he go to?
19:14Common, I'm common.
19:18Yeah, we're just trying to locate where that gentleman actually went.
19:21But I did see him, said she's seen him driving up this road and then turned left.
19:26Which bike? Did you see the bike he was on?
19:28No, it was on a white bike though, right? I believe.
19:32I thought you might have just parked it up here, but you might have seen one and just decided to...
19:36So the bike's going to?
19:38Decided to dip, yeah.
19:40I did think we'd lost him at one point. I was like, this guy's just done a runner, you know?
19:45I couldn't believe it. It was like this 70-year-old bloke and he's just disappeared so fast.
19:48It looks like there's some bike tracks here, so it could very well be down this side.
19:56How you doing, boss? You all right? Yeah, PC Thompson now from Somerset Police Station.
19:59We've just been driving up and seen you driving down the road with a new helmet on.
20:03Can you just explain that for a bit? Whereabouts are you coming from?
20:10Right, okay.
20:11I just picked up the camera.
20:14Right, so it was just on the field there, right?
20:17So can we just get some information off you?
20:19Because my partner's just going to have to write you a man-form because we did witness the offence.
20:22It's not a ticket or anything at this time, but it's a man-form.
20:26It's just basically a written warning just to say that we have seen it.
20:29And we can't ignore it, unfortunately, you know?
20:32Enjoy the rest of your day, sir, okay?
20:34No worries.
20:35We're not out here to ruin everyone's day and just give tickets away like it's free candy, you know?
20:41The slightest little slip or mistake, and he's got no helmet on.
20:44And especially being an older-aged gentleman, I guess, you know, you don't have thick bones forever, unfortunately.
20:50So, seem like a nice gentleman, man.
20:51So, hope he has a good rest of his Sunday.
21:02Coast Guards Mel and Tyler have spotted in the water someone who they think might be in distress.
21:09Somebody's flagging us down, but I don't know if it's an emergency.
21:13Turns out, it may be a false alarm as the man starts swimming towards them.
21:19And Mel soon realizes it's a colleague.
21:22What is it?
21:24Simply waving hello.
21:26You of all people should know that this flags us down.
21:33Who is it?
21:34I know you didn't think...
21:35So, this is one of our colleagues.
21:38He's not in trouble. He's just out enjoying his day off.
21:41So, in general, if you want to say hi to somebody on the water, it's a hey, or just a
21:47little wave.
21:48But if I see someone doing this, that's like the international sign for I'm not okay.
21:54And I'm gonna stop and make sure that you're alright.
21:57Hi! Go away!
22:00I can't believe you right now.
22:02Huh?
22:02I can't believe you right now.
22:04We thought...we thought somebody was in trouble.
22:13Luckily, in Bermuda, there are plenty of opportunities to de-stress from tense moments with colleagues.
22:20Welcome to the Vixen.
22:22This is actually a protected fishing ground.
22:25You cannot fish within 200 meters of this wreck.
22:30It's been there since I was a kid. It used to stick out of the water a lot more, but
22:33as the hull has degraded, it's kind of sunk.
22:36And it's become a bit of a tourist phenomenon.
22:38There's a healthy school of fish, some beautiful coral reefs.
22:41It's always just been a beautiful, iconic location in the west end of the island.
22:48These fish are extremely smart.
22:51You can put a line off the back of a boat and try and bait them out.
22:56As soon as they hit that 200 meter mark, they don't go any further. It's incredible.
23:00I'm pretty sure that old wives' tale of a goldfish only having a brain span of three seconds is false.
23:07Because of those fish at the Vixen.
23:09It's a pretty cool spot.
23:10Very dreamy.
23:11I mean, honestly, it doesn't get any better than this, does it?
23:25But soon, Coast Guard's Mel and Tyler's attention is diverted to some dangerous driving on the water.
23:32We just came through the bridge, and it's trafficked by a stoplight system, and the one behind them, so it's
23:38a green light now, and they were coming through the bridge, so they must have gone through the bridge while
23:41it was a red light.
23:43If two boats meet under that bridge, there's no way to avoid an accident.
23:48Did you know that there was a red light when you came through the bridge?
23:53Thank you. Just making sure you know the red light.
23:56Good afternoon, everybody.
23:58Have you got your purple sticker yet?
24:02It's on the back of it?
24:03It's supposed to be on your starboard side, just for next time.
24:08Hi, everybody.
24:09Hey!
24:10Hey!
24:12Hey!
24:24Officers Jonathan and James are escorting into custody the stolen bike suspects.
24:30We're definitely noticing an upkick in vehicle theft.
24:35Some are crimes of opportunity.
24:37People still leave their keys in the vehicle, whether they're fueling or just making a stop.
24:41Kids will jump on the bike and go.
24:44Or it can be a bit more organized, stealing them, hot-wiring them, and using them for other crimes.
24:50I believe, to date, we have over 300 stolen.
24:53That's the reported ones, anyway.
24:55So that is a lot of bikes.
24:58Just come in and have a seat on this side right there, young man.
25:04Stop all the giggling. I need your names and I need your date of births.
25:07No, he's, he's, he's, he's giving me his stuff.
25:10The officers learned that the bike thief suspects are younger than the usual, aged only 16 and 15.
25:18You're good.
25:19Once we were able to get the helmets off and, you know, reveal their identities, you could physically see that
25:25they were young kids.
25:27Was I shocked? Not entirely.
25:29But it was still surprising to have kids as young as this on a stolen bike.
25:33It was a bit of a moment of like, wow, they're, they're only kids.
25:36They're going to be booked in, but before that can even begin right now, our custody sergeant is making the
25:41phone calls to appropriate adults because they're both minors.
25:45So nothing can happen right now until they're in the company of their appropriate adults.
25:50The rider does seem to have a bit more of a devil-may-care attitude and that might plague him
25:54as he grows a little bit older.
25:57The pillion passenger has got a, um, a much better outlook and attitude.
26:02And, uh, he's much more switched on young man and aware on the direction that he is potentially heading down.
26:08The officers also learned that this stolen bike crime was opportunistic.
26:13Just so that you're aware, it was stolen as of the 8th of this month.
26:18So it's a good pick.
26:19And you know how sometimes it's like, keys in the bike.
26:22Yeah, yeah.
26:23Well, the owner left the keys in the ignition.
26:25So it's probably just a crime of opportunity.
26:27Okay, right.
26:28The bike will be returned to the owner and the culprits fined for riding a bike without a license and
26:35being underage, with stolen bike charges pending.
26:40We got lucky and we saw them straight ahead and kind of was actually to our advantage that they turned
26:44off on the side road.
26:45I had Floody here in my ear, kind of guided me along.
26:48Not bossing you, but just...
26:50No, no, not bossing, no.
26:51Just, uh, gently edging me along.
26:54But no, it was, it was, uh, much needed advice and guidance and, um, it worked out to be a
26:58pretty good stop.
26:59Yeah, really good stop.
27:00Happy with that.
27:01Nice job.
27:02Thank you, man.
27:03Appreciate it. Good stuff.
27:05Officer James may be a relative newbie in the police, but he's progressing quickly.
27:11It's great to have an experienced partner, as I said, we knew in service about two and a half years
27:15versus your eight visit.
27:17Um, so I really appreciated the fact that he was very vocal.
27:21That was really, really well done.
27:23Um, and I'm, I'm quite pleased with that and I'm very grateful to you for just, again, providing the instruction
27:27and the clarity of, of what's what.
27:29What I like about this job is being able to depend on each other and that camaraderie and that, that
27:33teamwork.
27:34And, and for me, that, that was just, you know, that's why I like this job. I love this job,
27:37actually.
27:38Get ready to rock and roll again tomorrow.
27:39Get some sleep.
27:40Get some sleep.
27:47Next time, a disgruntled detainee.
27:51I took it off. I'm not taking it anymore.
27:53A mysterious crash.
27:55It's some sort of a medical emergency.
27:57And a heated exchange on the water.
27:59You're walking away from my officer. Stop your bill, please.
28:11I'm going to rock.
28:12I'm going to jog my, on, and a Judy.
28:16I'm going to rock.
28:24I have to go retreat.
28:25I've got to move.
28:28You're walking away from my office.
