00:06That one's moving into a debris barge that we have up against the bridge here.
00:10And it appears that this is still trying to crest. The river is at major flood stage right now,
00:16over 25 feet, normally a depth of four feet. And this is the very beginning
00:21of a major period of rainfall and flood potential. There you can see another log
00:26debris coming in. That debris comes in from individual flash floods feeding into the larger
00:32rivers here. This is classic river flooding. Flood warning is in effect here and the road is closed
00:37in this area. You can see a lot of water and debris stacking up and it's even getting a little
00:43bit
00:43closer to the bottom of the bridge here.
