After you eat, do you get that bloated, uncomfortable feeling? Or maybe you #burp a lot and feel really heavy?
Burping happens when excess air is trapped in the stomach and released through the mouth. It can be caused by eating or drinking too fast, swallowing air, carbonated drinks or digestion of gas-forming foods such as beans, dairy and some vegetables. Usually it is normal. Excessive burping can be a sign of indigestion or acidity.

This easy drink you can make at home will help with those things, and it's completely natural.

It's a soothingly warm solution for your tummy, needing only ginger, black pepper and it's very fast to make. It's brilliant after a big meal or any time your stomach is upset.

For the most comforting effect, have it warm and freshly made.

You’ll need:
Ginger, black pepper, water, rock salt or cumin powder (optional).

To get the most benefit, sip it slowly and while it is warm.
