Protestas en San Francisco de Macorís: Reclamaciones de la Urbanización Carmen Añil Bonó

SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS.— Residentes de la urbanización Carmen Añil Bonó, respaldados por el Frente Amplio de Lucha Popular (FALPO), escenificaron intensas movilizaciones y el bloqueo de vías en la mañana de hoy, debido a lo que consideran un olvido institucional prolongado y el incumplimiento sistemático de los compromisos asumidos por el gobierno central.  Las protestas, marcadas por la quema de neumáticos y la paralización parcial del tránsito, reflejan el descontento de un sector que asegura haber agotado todas las vías burocráticas correspondientes. Los manifestantes reclaman la inmediata intervención de sus calles y la solución a problemáticas sanitarias crónicas que afectan la salud pública del área.  El presidente de la junta de vecinos local explicó detalladamente que la urbanización se encuentra consignada explícitamente en el puesto número seis del Plan General de Asfaltado del municipio. A pesar de que los comunitarios tienen confirmación oficial de que los recursos financieros destinados para este fin ya fueron debidamente erogados por el Estado, la ejecución física de las obras brilla por su ausencia.  Hace aproximadamente tres semanas, la dirigencia comunitaria remitió una correspondencia formal a la Gobernación Provincial de la provincia Duarte con el objetivo de esclarecer el cronograma de trabajo y conocer los motivos de los retrasos. Al no recibir ninguna respuesta por parte de la representante del Poder Ejecutivo, la comunidad determinó que la vía institucional se encontraba totalmente agotada.  A las pésimas condiciones de las calles, catalogadas por los vecinos como "intransitables", se suma una grave deficiencia en el suministro de agua potable y un colapso evidente en el sistema de alcantarillado sanitario. En múltiples puntos del sector, las aguas negras fluyen libremente sobre la superficie de las calles, generando focos de contaminación y un ambiente insalubre para las familias trabajadoras que allí residen.  Por su parte, el representante del Frente Amplio de Lucha Popular (FALPO) reafirmó el compromiso histórico de la organización con las reivindicaciones sociales y validó la legitimidad de las protestas actuales. El dirigente sectorial puntualizó que la paciencia de los residentes llegó a su límite debido al contraste entre las promesas gubernamentales y la realidad diaria del sector.  "Estamos acompañando de manera decidida a los moradores de la urbanización Carmen Añil Bonó en esta justa movilización general. Es inadmisible que personas honestas y trabajadoras tengan que vivir entre aguas cloacales y calles destruidas cuando se supone que existen presupuestos aprobados directamente por el presidente Abinader", enfatizó el dirigente popular durante su intervención en el lugar de los hechos.  Finalmente, la comunidad lanzó un enérgico llamado de advertencia a los funcionarios locales y provinciales para que dejen de lacerar la imagen y la palabra del mandatario de la nación.
