The remarkable moment was captured in Yanbian, in northeastern China.

The video shows the large bird of prey calmly perched near a wetland area with its powerful wings folded neatly against its body.

As the camera moves closer, the eagle slowly turns its head, revealing its piercing gaze and imposing hooked beak.
