00:47meantime we have a strong industrial footprint so we have 16 R&D centers we have around 20 plants so

02:02levee a cui CNH si sta affacciando e sta affacciando gli investimenti sia in termini di strumenti di
02:08lavoro ma sia in termini di capitale umano quindi skill e competenze necessarie nell'utilizzo di
02:12questi strumenti ci permette di comprimere time to market ci permette di arrivare più robusti di
02:18eliminare le incertezze quando si passa la fase di fisica realizzazione di prototipi della messa in
02:23produzione quindi è un modo strutturale diverso di lavorare e che si si pone all'interno di un contesto
02:28ampio della CNH che è una struttura globale con fruit print globale che ci permette poi
02:32di diffondere questo modo di lavorare in tutte le nostre sedi e organizzazioni. L'Italia a Modena in
02:38particolare è uno dei siti di R&D più importanti per la CNH. CNH ha un footprint globale, siamo
02:44presenti in tutte le region principali, Nord America, Latam, Asia, Cina eccetera e Modena come
02:50hub principale delle simulazioni in questo caso e dell'innovazione ha anche il compito di diffondere
02:55il nuovo modus operandi, di diffondere nuove tecnologie e questo garantisce di portare allo stesso
03:00livello di conoscenza e di implementazione delle nuove tecnologie e tutti i nostri siti. Da questo
03:04punto Modena diventa anche il pilota e l'appripista di quelli che sono il nuovo modo di lavorare. Il
03:10nuovo modo di lavorare è fondamentalmente avvalersi sempre di più di quello che è la capacità che la
03:15simulazione in mondo virtuale ci mette a disposizione. Questo vuol dire ridurre il time to market, questo
03:20vuol dire arrivare più affidabili, più robusti quando siamo nella fase di prototipi a vera e propria. Questo
03:25permette di, come dicevo prima, diminuire il time to market in maniera significativa, parliamo di circa
03:29un 30% di riduzione sui tempi di sviluppo, ridurre anche la quantità di prototipi che sono
03:34necessari poi nella fase fisica della validazione e balanmente vuol dire anche ridurre il numero
03:38di ore in campo e quindi anche la quantità di combustibili che noi andiamo a bruciare. Questo
03:42ci permette anche uno sviluppo prodotto più sostenibile. Da questo punto di vista diventa quindi
03:48un nuovo modo di lavorare che permette alla CNH di arrivare in maniera più robusta a soddisfare
03:52quelli che sono i requisiti di clienti.
