00:04Police uncovered human remains during a search in Sydney's west relating to the
00:09disappearance of an allegedly murdered woman in 2018. In December 2018, officers
00:15in Bankstown established Strike Force Admirality to investigate the
00:19disappearance of 71-year-old Nadir Sensoy. In March 2023, police arrested a
00:2650-year-old man in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. He was charged with murder, DV.
00:32His case remains before the courts. Even though they did put a person before the
00:37courts, they never gave up trying to find Miss Sensoy's body and give some
00:42comfort for her family. On June 9th, 2026, police began searching a property on
00:48Powers Road in Seven Hills and on June 11th, police located the human remains.
00:54Forensic examination will determine the identity formally, but police believe it
00:59is the missing woman.
