00:00Interesting. Interesting. Yeah, very good. Richard, what specific skills would you suggest
00:08companies that have had to pivot because of the pandemic or the virus? You know, we know that a
00:12lot of companies switched a lot of their staff to working from home and a lot of people now
00:16interacting with callers for the business from home on the phone. Are there specific skills that
00:22those businesses should be looking at? I definitely think so. They should be opening
00:27more channels of communication because of the isolation. Call centers, besides having our
00:32internet redundancy, electricity, and immediate IT support, that's the brick and mortar. But come
00:37on, my friend, you know about Synergy. And we're talking about a very active, engaged, you know,
00:43environment where people are professional speakers. So if I was sitting in between you and Kathleen,
00:48and we're all making great phone calls, you know, the high fives are in a plenty. We're having fun
00:53and talking about it at lunch over pizza. And so I'm missing that, my friend. I loved walking the
00:59roads and stopping and giving you a thumbs up as Peter's crushing it or listening to Kathleen get
01:05additional referrals. I mean, that's what makes leaders and aces and champions. And so when you're
01:12by yourself, sure, you'll save time and money and spend more hours with your family and have those
01:18comforts. But there is that sort of get up and go mentality of straightening your tie and fixing your
01:23hair and catching the train on time. When you get those things in motion, it's like dominoes.
01:29Those are the little things that when you come to the office, you're already in motion. And when you
01:34just roll out of bed and get on the phone, you might be off a little bit. So I can
01:38see the difference
01:38sometimes, Peter, with people like that. Yeah, I'm sure you can. Interesting. Very good. Kathleen.
