00:00What if I told you there are a handful of Bitcoin indicators that have historically identified every
00:05major bull market but one of those most popular indicators is actually fooled traders every single
00:12cycle. Today we'll be breaking down six indicators with near perfect historical bull market track
00:19records, what they actually mean in simple English and one indicator that keeps making
00:26traders sell too early and don't worry I'm also going to explain all the terminology here in plain
00:33language let's get it all started if you want to trade on some of the best cryptocurrency exchanges
00:38make sure you sign up with the links down below so you can get the best fees the best rebates
00:45discounts and bonuses right so pi cycle top all right and why it's silence matters this is the
00:54first indicator we're talking about because it is a um uh one indicator uh that uses the 111 day
01:02moving average and the 350 day moving average multiplied by two so what is a moving average
01:09a moving average smooths out price data to show the overall trend right so think of it as uh removing
01:17the noise when you can see uh kind of uh the direction uh more clearly and it matters because historically
01:25when the faster line crosses above the slower line bitcoin has been near major cycle tops at these points
01:36and uh the most important part is that when the spy cycle top has not fired the bull market has
01:43historically remained intact right so uh the second one on our list today is an indicator is the m v
01:53r v z
01:55score right so what is the m v r v it stands for market value to realize the value comparing
02:02bitcoin's
02:03current market price with the average price all holders pay the simple explanation is if the m v r v
02:12is low
02:12bitcoin is undervalued if it's high the market is overheated and the z score measures how far something
02:20is from its historical average so it helps identify extreme under valuations or extreme overheating
02:28historically when the m v r v recovered above zero after being negative every major bull market followed
02:38right so the third one is the weekly golden cross a golden cross happens when the short-term moving
02:45average crosses above a long-term moving average usually signaling a trend reversal upward uh this
02:53matters because the daily uh crosses can fail but historically bitcoin's weekly golden cross has
03:00preceded major bull phases as well the sopr is the fourth one on our list which stands for spent
03:08output profit ratio tracking where the bitcoin holders are selling at a profit or at a loss
03:14this simple explanation is most people are selling profitably if it's below above one and if it's uh sopr
03:22below one people are panic selling at losses in the bull market signals when sopr recovered above one
03:30and uh stayed there right bull markets tend to continue higher and the fifth one is the
03:38um what we call the pure multiple measures right so this is a minor revenue compared to it's a yearly
03:46average a simple explanation being if the number is very low miners are under stress and capitulating
03:53historically this has happened near bottoms the bull signal will be the uh pure multiple recovered from
04:00deep lows uh and then a major bull uh kind of uh uh commences from there and then the last
04:07uh i mean
04:07the sixth one which is uh the 200 week moving average uh this is uh pretty much bitcoin's average
04:14price over the last 200 weeks acting like the long-term support flow historical pattern every time bitcoin
04:21hits the level and test that level it holds and recovers in a major bull market following straight
04:29after that so at the end of the day the indicator that fails in every bull market is the rsi
04:34which
04:35stands for the relative strength index which measures momentum uh the common belief is if rsi is above 70
04:43the market is overbought meaning people think price must crash soon so this fails in bull markets
04:50because bitcoin can stay overbought for weeks or even months during strong bull runs rsi above 70
04:58often means momentum is strong many traders sold too early because of that so the final takeaway is no
05:05indicator is perfect guys historically when these six indicators align together bull markets remain
05:10intact the mistake most traders make is using one weak signal to ignore the bigger picture sometimes the
05:18biggest crypto in risk is selling too early so let me know what your thoughts are where are we in
05:23the
05:23market cycle right now like share and subscribe turn on the notifications see the links in the description
05:29and i'll see you guys in the next videos peace
05:31you
