00:00Not guilty, because we were not guilty of any crime.
00:03A crime is what ICE is doing.
00:07And we have pursued our case to trial, asking for more information.
00:12The charge that they're making against me is that I unreasonably obstructed the usual use of the federal facility, of
00:2026 Federal Plaza.
00:21And what's very clear to me is this, someone for the last year has been unreasonably obstructing the usual use
00:29of 26 Federal Plaza as an immigration court hearing.
00:32But the guilty party is ICE, and the guilty party is not us.
00:37And we made clear that we were not going to leave the 10th floor until we were granted access.
00:42But we did it peacefully.
00:44We knocked on the door, and when they asked us to stop banging on the door, we stopped banging on
00:49the door.
00:49And we sat down to wait.
00:51We were even told by the commanding officer that we could wait as long as we wanted.
00:57So we waited.
00:58We explained why we were there.
01:00We told some of the stories of immigrants in our lives, of people that we knew had been detained.
01:05And we waited patiently.
01:07But rather than allow us access to the detention facilities, Federal Projective Services agents abruptly arrested all of us.
