00:00Yeah, that's kind of what I figured.
00:02I was just going to be with everyone to hurdle one and then try to push after that,
00:05try to make sure I can leave everyone.
00:07But honestly, I just think I felt a little bit tired, a little bit fatigued still.
00:12When did you arrive again?
00:13Would you say so?
00:14When did you arrive?
00:17Saturday, like 11.
00:19So I had like Monday, Tuesday.
00:21Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, which isn't bad,
00:23but maybe next time I'll come with another day or so in advance.
00:27But I mean, we'll take it.
00:28But, you know, a win is a win, so I'm grateful for that.
00:32Oh, a win?
00:34I guess if you count Ilagan, Ultra, maybe D'Souza is the third, I think.
00:42Maybe something like that, yeah.
00:44So if you were to rate your run today, how would you rate it on to 10?
00:49I didn't execute the way I wanted, so I would say like a 7.5, I think.
00:55Yeah, I didn't get out fast enough.
00:56I got out a little bit slow, so that kind of didn't really set me up well for the rest
00:59of the race.
01:00So I wanted to run faster, but it happens.
01:04But generally speaking, how was your level?
01:08Oh, it was so much better than last year.
01:10Last year I was really in pain.
01:11I think I came here and finished like really slowly,
01:13but I was just trying to show up and see what I could do.
01:16So a lot of healthier this year.
01:18I already ran a 56, so I'm happy about that.
01:21I ran a 56 like a month ago, so I was hoping to run another 56.
01:24I don't think I did it today, but it's okay.
01:27That's too simple.
01:34Second tournament.
01:35Outdoor, outdoor.
01:36Oh, outdoor.
01:37I think it might be my fifth, actually.
01:39I had a few I kept under the radar.
01:40I kept running at the same time, like 57 low.
01:44So I think it's like maybe my fifth race.
01:47How is your buildup going to be for the Asian Games?
01:51Oh, I'm very excited for that.
01:52Yeah, I'll have some of these this summer,
01:54maybe in Canada, maybe in Europe, maybe in the U.S.
01:57Hopefully next is the China meet for Asian relays.
02:00So I might do a mixed relay there.
02:02Do you have any other event besides this one?
02:04Nothing planned, like concrete.
02:06Nothing here.
02:06Yeah, so once I do this in China, it's kind of like up to planning.
02:09Is this your last event also?
02:11I have the 100 hurdles also.
02:13Ah, okay.
02:14When is that?
02:15When is this?
02:16100 hurdles is two days from now.
02:18You're the regular?
02:19I am the regular, yeah.
02:20You're the regular?
02:21Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:22I remember you did it in the ultra.
02:25The ultra, yeah, you were there for that.
02:27It was a really fun event.
02:28I enjoyed doing it, so if I'm healthy enough, feeling good then, then I'll do it.
02:32What is this?
02:34Two days from now.
02:35I forget what today is.
02:35Wednesday?
02:35Yeah, it's a Friday.
02:37Friday, yes.
02:37So you think it's enough time for you to help?
02:40I think so, yeah.
02:44Would you, although as you said, Robin is at around.
02:47She won last year and you were working with it.
02:50And of course, congratulations to Robin.
02:52Oh, absolutely, I know, yeah.
02:54She's on the way.
02:55Your mother is so beautiful.
02:56So would you, would you, you've been pushed further?
02:59Oh, yeah, definitely.
03:01I think we really push each other at these meets.
03:03So we run faster when the other person's there.
03:04So not having her here, it's a little bit unfortunate.
03:07But, yeah.
03:10Yeah, yeah.
03:10She's happy for you, baby.
03:11Yeah, of course, of course.
03:12So happy for her.
03:14But, yeah, I'm sure we'll end up again at some point.
03:16Yeah.
03:21So the weather, so weather, does this look suitable for you?
03:25Oh, yeah, this is okay.
03:26There's a little bit of a headwind, but at least it's not raining, right?
03:28It was raining earlier, so at least there's no rain.
03:30It's pretty warm.
03:31It's not raining.
03:31It's heavy.
03:34Yeah, it's beautiful.
03:36Mm hmm.
03:37You
