00:00Shock waves last night in the arena.
00:02Victor Webanyama and the boys came away with a victory.
00:05115-111 over the New York Knicks.
00:08Setting the hook for the next game, which is tomorrow night.
00:11Let's hear from the coaches post-game yesterday.
00:14I thought we made some strides in terms of the ball movement
00:19and playing with our teammates, setting screens,
00:22trusting the basketball would find the right guy for our shot.
00:30I thought we showed better poise at times.
00:35I thought we finished the game still with some things that need improvement,
00:43but stronger than we did the last few games.
00:45The first two games.
00:48I just thought we were in attack mode, but also as a collective group.
00:53I thought it showed itself in terms of something would happen,
00:57whether it was an initial action or a guy trying to get to the bay.
01:00And if they didn't have a clear advantage, they were looking for their teammates.
01:03And because we were doing that throughout the height,
01:06it was much clearer for their teammates to expect where the ball was going
01:09and when it was getting it to them and then what to do with it and got to them.
01:12You mentioned the stagnancy offense.
01:15Yeah.
01:15What do you feel like led to that?
01:18And what do you feel like kind of didn't seem like quite as much involvement
01:21from Carl in general there on the offense?
01:24What did you feel like led to that as well?
01:25Well, we were just playing a lot of drag into what we'd call, you know,
01:32summertime, which is just kind of ball movement and body movement.
01:36And we just wanted to stand and watch one guy dribble a ton.
01:41And then when the ball got passed,
01:44there were no quick decisions by the guy receiving the basketball.
01:48You know, so we have actions we can get into that we didn't do a good job
01:52of getting into, first of all, but it's okay because you're not going to be able
01:56to run plays all the time, especially with how physical they are playing defensively.
02:00Sometimes you just got to go by guys, but you got to be smart.
02:04You got to take care of the basketball.
02:05You got to space right.
02:06You got to move the ball.
02:07You got to move bodies.
02:08And we've done that, you know, quite a bit.
02:11We didn't do a good job of it, of it tonight.
02:15There you go, Joe, setting the hook here, setting the table to one series lead
02:18for the next pivotal game tomorrow night in Madison Square Garden,
02:22which leads us into that game and where we're looking at with some movement here.
02:26Take a look at the calcium marketplace, Joe,
02:28currently 53% chance that the New York Knicks do win that game tomorrow night
02:32outright.
02:33And if you're looking on the line itself, favorite at minus one and a half points,
02:38Joe, it's all on the line tomorrow night.
02:40And the Knicks getting the slight edge in the prediction markets here.
02:44Yeah, and deservedly so, right?
02:46Madison Square Garden, not a place that I would think back-to-back losses
02:50are going to occur to the Knicks, which means 3-1 heading back to San Antonio,
02:55and we're off and running here.
02:56So I still think the Knicks are priced where they should be.
03:00But if you like San Antonio, I can tell you, Donnie,
03:03if they win game four and head back tied 2-2,
03:06you ain't getting them at 37 cents for the series like you are now.
03:10No, but also in those markets where what are the announcers going to say?
03:14Trump was in the building for game number three.
03:16For game number four, he won't be there.
03:17But, Joe, will he be mentioned?
03:19If he is, that's a 24-cent yes contract.
03:22A $100 investment pays for 17.
03:25It can't be the president was in the building.
03:27The name Trump absolutely has said here and only sitting now, Joe, at 23%.
03:33How about that marketplace?
03:36Yeah, I got to love to mention markets here, Donnie, right?
03:40I mean, to mention markets for the – already we're getting a whole lot of stuff
03:43that were said over the broadcast that, yeah, you're going to need a couple of days
03:49to actually quantify everything that was said.
03:53Just keep betting yes on a lot of that stuff, Donnie,
03:55and it'll all work out in the end.
04:00Finals MVP winner.
04:01You know, actually gained a little bit of steam yesterday, even in a loss.
04:04It was Jalen Brunson.
04:05Separated himself from Carl Anthony Towns.
04:08Now, Brunson with the Knicks with a 2-1 series lead, a 48% chance for him to win the
04:13MVP.
04:14Of course, if the Spurs do win, it's going to be Webb and Yama.
04:16He's at 36% here.
04:19Carl Anthony Towns, much closer before the game started yesterday.
04:22He's back to 14%, Joe.
04:26Well, I mean, I wouldn't sleep on Ananobi.
04:28We talked about that last hour.
04:31And I also would not sleep on maybe Stephen Castle,
04:34who is also showing up big in big moments here for them.
04:38So, yeah, I still think it's very much up for grabs here,
04:42despite the favoritism in the market.
