00:04John D'Agostino said institutional investors are welcoming Bitcoin's price dip as a buying
00:10opportunity. Speaking on CNBC after a Middle East visit, D'Agostino said family offices and
00:16sovereign wealth funds in the UAE are buying at a discount without concern. He noted that
00:21the infrastructure supporting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is far stronger than during
00:25previous bull markets. D'Agostino also said retail participation remains healthy, with
00:31more than $100 billion in Bitcoin spot ETF exposure. His comments came as Bitcoin ETFs recorded
00:38over $4 billion in outflows across 12 consecutive trading days. Bitcoin was trading at $62,509.36
