04:21recuses himself university of houston judge comes in they got a fort worth texas now we're getting a
04:27ruling just one day after the ncaa basically comes out and says this guy's not allowed okay this is not
04:32we're not doing this this judge comes out and says actually can play yeah and the judge put it in
04:39the stipulation in his ruling that the ncaa basically can't do nothing about this so it's
04:44a done deal yeah so brendan soresby is granted granted his temporary injunction um his lawyers
04:50by the way are like all time undefeated against ncaa and leagues in general they these are the guys
04:56you hire when you want to get something like this done apparently he demonstrated this is from the uh
05:01from the filing demonstrated that he will suffer a probable imminent and irreplaceable injury
05:06if this court does not issue the temporary injunction because he would be unable to
05:11participate as a member of the texas tech university 2026 football season oh so he you know okay he's
05:16got a oh hold on because he suspended those first two games he's got to bet on because that was
05:20the
05:20reason he bet on the games in indiana because that he didn't feel like he was a big enough part
05:25of the
05:25team so absolutely he needs to bet on those games and clearly it doesn't matter if he does so he
05:30should do that judge yeah that would i mean if brendan's when i don't even say if they'll probably wait
05:36till he's done at texas tech but when brendan soresby shows up in a draft kings commercial
