16:28we have uh that could end up happening to him because of that second youtube channel apparently he's
16:36very upset because with the new youtube channel he cannot go live because you have to have a he
16:40doesn't have the minimum threshold of subscribers on his new channel to go live and he posted a video
16:45about that minute videos now i guess
16:49no that's not correct yeah that's what he's saying uh doesn't he have videos on his new channel that are
16:56longer than that does but his last two have only been three minutes and he's like here's your three
17:01minute video you cock oh okay so i don't know if that's a restriction or he's just technologically

21:20it was funny the internet should allow for people to express what kind of person they are it's what
21:28allows for freedom of association to flourish racists can pal around with racists and non-racists can
21:36pal around with non-racists when you shut someone up for their speech what happens it doesn't really stop
21:43it simply goes underground where ideas can fester and grow the real danger can also come from suppression
21:51of information leading to speculation that spreads uncontrollably you should also work to get your

23:16instance i freedom of speech does not give you the right to freedom to offend and be hateful and bigoted
23:26um there has to be a line and i don't know i think that line is particular to each individual

23:34but i think when you make some of the personal attacks that he made on all of us that that

23:42that cannot be crossed and so while i agree in basic principle with dirk um in this particular

24:21is that these platforms uh whether it be youtube or any other platform any social media platform they
24:26have every right uh as they operate their businesses to make decisions about what is and is not appropriate
24:33for their platforms uh because they don't owe anybody you know because um joe likes to say oh my
24:40my uh free speech is uh uh being violated somehow you know that's his complaint my first amendment rights
24:47are being violated he always says that but that's not true the government if the government is silencing
24:52you then your free speech rights are your first amendment rights are being violated but if a platform
24:57is silencing you at least this is my perspective on it that's simply that platform making decisions
25:03about what can or what is or is not permissible on their platform and every platform has a right
25:09to do that and to police that as they see fit so that's um that's how i would argue it
25:14so i i
25:15and i i disagree i guess you know dirk makes a statement about google is a bad company
