00:00Good news and bad news for Ark Raiders players.
00:03Embark Studios has officially confirmed that Ark Raiders is ditching its monthly major
00:08updates and moving to just two giant updates a year instead.
00:12But the next big update won't be coming until October.
00:16Embark says that's because the game needs more transformative updates instead of smaller
00:20monthly drops, and to be fair, the community's been asking for deeper progression and better
00:25endgame stuff for months now.
00:27The October update is called Frozen Trail, and Embark says it'll be the biggest update
00:31since launch.
00:33We're talking the largest map in the game, new Ark enemies with unique behaviors, reworked
00:38progression systems, improved skill trees, new weapons, cosmetics, and lore.
00:42But here's another interesting part.
00:44Embark also announced a smaller update coming in the next week that addresses one of the
00:48community's biggest complaints, stash management.
00:51Players will finally be able to buy extra stash space and keep important items like blueprints,
00:56between expeditions.
00:58The reason why he's kind of hilarious, Embark admitted that very few of you are going on
01:03the expedition.
01:04Basically, players were hoarding loot instead of risking it, because losing rare blueprints
01:08feels awful.
01:09What do you think of these changes?
01:11What do you think of these changes?
01:11is.
