00:04I have my own pair of Tecovas cowboy boots so I was excited to wear them to the flagship.
00:08I quickly felt like I escaped the bustling city and entered a cozy Texan saloon. Staff was super
00:13hospitable and talented going from making me a bourbon root beer cocktail at the complimentary
00:17bar to them branding my personal Jolene boots at the customization bar. State stores have their
00:22own symbols so I of course picked the exclusive Statue of Liberty design. After this quick process
00:26I got my one-year-old boot shined and polished which was also complimentary. I tried some chic
00:31cowgirl hats before seeing the magic of burning and shaping them for a rugged lived-in feel.
00:35There's even a personalization station with adornments to decorate your hat. Finally I
00:39obviously had to try on new boot styles and the eel leather annie pair was a must. They were so
00:44unique
00:44in luxe especially when paired with the new eel concho clutch. I also enjoyed the Sadie style
00:49in metallic greenish gold and sienna suede. While the taller Abby cavalier boots didn't fit over my
00:54calves the staff demonstrated how they can stretch their boots in store for a custom fit which was
00:59reassuring. Then I happily left with the denim trucker hat and boot care kit. I highly recommend
