00:00This fox has been stranded in a flooded construction site for hours and is struggling to hold on.
00:06Thankfully, Taz of Ty's rescue and friends showed up just in time to save her.
00:11Taz knew right away that this rescue would be tricky and even dangerous because of how
00:16deep the water was beneath the debris, leaving her limited options to grab the fox other than
00:21luring her closer to her or swimming against the current. Not only that, but the fox was already
00:25exhausted by the time Taz arrived, so drowning was also a serious concern.
00:32But she refused to give up, as she's grown tired of seeing so many animals like this fox
00:36lose their habitats to nature disasters caused by man-made developments such as this construction
00:41site. After her numerous attempts to lure the fox out of the debris failed, Taz had no choice but
00:47to bravely jump into the water herself, hoping to get close enough to grab the fox. But the fox was
00:53quick and would swim away each time Taz got too close. Until finally, two hours into the rescue,
01:01the fox tired herself out. Now was Taz's chance. She swam after the fox as fast as she could and
01:08miraculously looped its neck. The fox was completely exhausted after the ordeal. She couldn't even move.
01:26So Taz took her home to rest and recover.
01:30The next morning, it was clear she was already feeling much better.
01:36Can I do coffee?
01:38Soon after, Taz managed to find a safe location to release the fox back into the wild.
01:50She hopes people consider the consequences that new development poses on our natural
01:54environments and the creatures that live in them.
