00:00What do you think about your job status? There was a period there right after the firings of
00:04Cora and Thompson and other big city markets that were struggling where you were getting
00:08asked it a lot. Where do you think things are now? What is your relationship with the owner
00:14and David Stearns? I understand the situation. I know where I'm at. I know my seat, especially
00:21when you're managing a team with high expectations, big payroll, and not having the results. I know
00:28questions like that, especially when you're not playing well. You mentioned a couple of weeks ago
00:32when the seat was hot and other teams are making managerial changes. It starts with the relationship
00:39with Steve and Alex. Very good relationship with them. They've been very supportive. Same thing
00:44with David. I love coming to work. I love working with him. The respect. But I also understand that
00:50this is a business. But I spend all my energy day in and day out to be the best version
00:56of myself.
00:56Whatever happens, that's out of my hands. But I enjoy working for Steve and Alex. I enjoy working
01:03with David. I love managing the team. I love what I'm doing. But I also understand that I have a
01:11responsibility here. And then questions like this are going to come up when the team is not playing
01:15well. And that's part of it. You just got to embrace it. And you got to get results. The bottom
01:21line.
01:21And you got to getups like this. I know. But hopefully if I go to the next level of this,
01:22you're going to get us at the next level
01:22where we'll be an going. If you can imagine the team is going to get us. And let me just
01:22get to know
