00:00It's crazy why I have this connection with football that seems unbreakable.
00:14My history with football goes back to 2006 when I performed at the first World Cup with Wycliffe.
00:22I've performed Hips Don't Lie. And then again on 2010, just when I met the father of my kids who
00:31was playing during that World Cup.
00:33That's why I call my kids the Waka kids because I think they were born because of that song.
00:39That song took me to the World Cup and the World Cup had an important impact in my life.
00:45And they were born, the best that has happened to me.
00:48And then on 2014, I was pregnant with my little one. And all of my fans, like, they saw me
00:55perform and they're like, Shakira's pregnant.
00:56And I was like a month pregnant. I was like two months maximum. But they know me so well.
01:01So every World Cup does something really magical. And I think this one is going to be all about bringing
01:07people together in this very sensitive moment in time, socially and politically.
