Mumbai, Maharashtra: FWICE on Wednesday withdrew its non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh, which was issued after his exit from 'Don 3', following a legal notice from the actor. Speaking to IANS, FWICE Chief Advisor Ashoke Pandit said that leaving a project at the last moment is not the right approach and expressed disappointment over the situation. He also responded to Ram Gopal Varma’s criticism of the federation, emphasizing the need for dialogue and proper dispute resolution within the industry. Ashoke Pandit further urged Ram Gopal Varma to clear the pending dues of FWICE workers related to the 2019 film 'Officer'. Addressing the support Ranveer has received on social media, he said the matter would be discussed internally and appealed to the actor to resolve the issue amicably.

00:00Today, the non-cooperation movement has been dropped. What are the reasons that you have been dropped in this non
00:06-cooperation movement?
00:08After the last press conference, when we took the decision, we wrote the producer bodies that you have involved in.
00:18Because this is an issue of industry, and where this question is, the producer is the victim.
00:28So, IMPA has responded to that.
00:31The largest producer body is the largest producer body.
00:34Abhay Sina Ji, who is the president, we discussed it.
00:38Abhay Ji said that the producer body, IMPA, will be involved in it.
00:43But at one point, you have to withdraw the non-cooperation movement, and then we will sit together and sort
00:48it out.
00:48We told them that you have a non-cooperation movement, we will sit with you, and we will sort it
00:54out.
00:54We will see to it that things will work.
00:57It was very encouraging, they wrote a lot of good work.
01:00So, we all felt very good about it.
01:02And we decided that we have a non-cooperation movement, so that the producer body is involved in it.
01:07And at a big senior level, there are things that start happening.
01:10Today, the guild is also related to the press release issue.
01:13The guild is also talking about what we are talking about.
01:15The IMPA is also talking about what we are talking about.
01:17So, when all the people with issues are connected,
01:22then it will be released, it will be released, it will be released.
01:24And the producer body is there.
01:26We will talk with them, they will also come.
01:28So, basically, it's a situation where we want this issue to be sorted out.
01:36This trend should not continue, and the entire issue of mistrust and distrust should not continue.
01:43When I sign a film, whether it's, I might be an actor, I might be a director, I might be
01:48a writer, I might be a cameraman, I might be anybody for that matter.
01:51Even the producer.
01:52The last moment walking out is not the right thing.
01:56If there is not an emergency, that's a different issue.
01:59So, what we are trying to do is, we are trying to all get together, the entire industry, and we
02:04are trying to make an appeal.
02:05We appealed Ranveer also, that please come, let us sort this out.
02:08And come to a conclusion so that industry once again thrives.

02:59So, it's not, it's nothing.
03:01The Federation doesn't work under any pressure.
03:03I am a member of the state of the country, and I am a member of the country, and I
03:13am a member of the government, and I am a member of the country.

03:22We will take the same steps as well.
03:23We are going to be our first step and then we will take the same steps.
