Mumbai, Maharashtra: On Wednesday, FWICE withdrew its non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh and held a press conference announcing the decision. The directive had been issued after the Ranveer Singh’s exit from 'Don 3', following a legal notice. Upasana Singh, Actress and General Secretary of CINTAA, welcomed the move and expressed happiness over the withdrawal. She said she never wished any harm to Ranveer Singh and described him as a good person. She also mentioned that she and FWICE President Birendranath Amarnath Tiwari admire the actor and do not hold any negative intent toward him. Upasana Singh also highlighted broader industry concerns, including issues related to actors’ payments and working hours.

00:00My name is FWI, Sita, Peska and I am very happy to be here.
00:06I am so happy to be here.
00:08What do you feel like from my face? I am so happy.
00:13I am very happy.
00:15I am calling for this first day to the Federation.
00:20Because BN Tiwari, Ashok Dubey, Ashok Pandi,
00:25I know very well for many years.
00:27So I have said to them, please, this is the decision.
00:31This should not happen.
00:32And with Sinta, I am the general secretary of Sinta.
00:38And I am the first of all,
00:40that I will sort out any of my actors' problems.
00:48Whether they don't get their money,
00:50or they don't have any legal problems,
00:52we are the first of all.
00:53Besides, we are all fans.
00:56And I have also worked with Dhanbir.
01:00So I also know that he is a kind of human.
01:04So I wanted to solve these things as soon as possible.
01:08And today, this is a good step.
01:12I didn't know that it was going to happen today.
01:15I said, you have a happy news today.
01:18And I asked them to tell me what is going on today.
01:20And they asked them to come here.
01:21And then we will tell them.
01:23And then I will tell them.
01:24And I asked them to ask them to come here.
01:26And I am going to tell them in the press conference.
01:27And I will tell them.
01:28So, when they said that I felt so good.
01:31And I am very thankful for the Federation.
01:34And I have given this step.
01:36I feel like the social media has been pressure.
01:38Because we have seen the fan-boarding.
01:41I feel like the social media has been pressure.
01:44And so, I am very thankful for the WIC.
01:50I am very thankful for the people who have been pressure.
01:53Because at the first stage,
01:54people don't feel like they are too bad.
01:59Because Tiwari is also a great fan of him.
02:03I did not feel like they are too much.
02:06And they are not a rival.
02:08They are not a charity.
02:10That means that they will get one of them.
02:14People will find themselves.
02:14And they will find themselves.
02:14So, I am very thankful.
02:16It happens that people sometimes have a wrong decision in their family.
02:21Sometimes you also have a wrong decision in your life,
02:24and then you realize that I will change it.
02:28But if that decision is also wrong,
02:30then I think that this is a good thing.
02:33In this case, you have to say,
02:35just say, just say,
02:36just say, just say,
02:38just say, just say,
02:39it's not going to happen.
02:40It's going to happen.
02:41It's going to happen.
02:42This is our decision.
02:43We change it.
02:44It's going to happen.
02:45Everyone has said,
02:46I'm not going to happen.
02:49It's going to happen.
02:50Everyone has said,
02:50Everyone have said,
02:51you take it.
02:54And they have done it.
02:55I think I have to say,
02:57that actors and producers have problems
03:02There are some more people who are interested in the work of actors,
03:03who are involved in the work of actors,
03:08whether they're there,
03:09whether they're doing TV shows or lay people.
03:12Or, I'm trying to say,
03:16I'm trying to say,
03:18I'm trying to understand the work of actors
03:21and how they got involved in their work.
03:22I don't know who the work of actors is,
03:22but what I'm saying is that I'm trying to say.
03:25I'm really involved in actors and we have the technicians too.
03:28I don't want to talk about factors, actors are because of Sinta, I am very connected with them.
03:35But the technicians, you can see the shift is a normal shift for 12 hours.
03:41You can see the people, their shift is 8 hours.
03:44They take breaks, they come, they work, they go after 6-7 hours.
03:51After 12 hours, we are also 13-14 hours.
03:54We are in the film industry, but we don't have the level of industry.
03:58We don't have the level of industry, so we don't have the level of SOP.
04:03We will have the level of labor laws, if we are in the industry.
04:07So we are trying to get the level of industry.
04:10The shift is 8 hours.
04:13We have the maximum 9 hours.
04:15But we have 12 hours to 14 hours.
04:18Then we have the payment after 3 months.
04:21I don't want to talk about it.
04:23I don't want to talk about it.
04:24But some people, like I said in Touchwood,
04:27we are lucky that the producers were giving payments to our bank.
04:32But the other actors who don't come,
04:35or the needy actors who don't have such a job,
04:38they get such a job every day.
04:41So you can see, many people work on the day.
04:43They have 3,000 per day, 5,000 per day.
04:47In the 5,000 per day, the coordinator is 20% per day.
04:52In the 5,000 per day, the rest of the money,
04:54they have 3 months.
04:57They also have TDS.
04:59These are all things.
05:00So you think, if someone has 5 days,
05:05in the month,
05:06or in the day,
05:07he does not work every day.
05:09So he has $25,000,
05:12so you see the rent of the house today.
05:14Look at how much of a bomb in the house.
05:15What will happen to the children?
05:16What will happen to the family?
05:18So I have seen some people in front of us
05:21He has seen many times in his heart.
05:24He has so much pain.
05:24He says,
05:25He says,
05:26We have to pay for 1200 rupees for a year.
05:29That is the money.
05:33It is a very difficult thing.
05:34We are also trying to do it.
05:36We are trying to solve all these problems.
05:43We are not trying to solve it.
05:44We are not trying to solve it.
05:45We are trying to solve it.
05:48We are not trying to solve it.
05:51We are trying to solve it.
05:53We do not have problems with the industry.
05:56It is a clear industry that we do not have problems.
06:01So, what steps should we do?
06:08I think that producers should also solve the problems of actors.
06:13I don't want to understand the problem of other actors, but I don't want to understand the problem of other
06:16actors.
06:17I don't want to understand the problem of the producers.
06:21I don't want to talk about Ranbir Ji, but someone said that these actors who are a very big star,
06:26who want so much money, they don't think that the producer will save anything.
06:31One of them is stardom and one of them is the one who doesn't have a house.
06:36There is a lot of difference between both.
06:37So, I think that if the industry gets involved and gets sorted out,
06:43and then our laws become like this,
06:45and legally become like this,
06:47that you have to give money after 30 days.
06:49Like if someone goes to work in a job,
06:53then we need to get payment after 30 days.
06:57So, if these things get involved and become a law,
07:02then it will happen.
07:03That's why I think.
