00:00It's been a long time, Alex, is what I'm trying to say.
00:03Give us the buzz around the city and Knicks Nation.
00:07Is there more confidence going into this finals,
00:10or is there more of an anxiousness going into this finals?
00:14It's a blend of both, Brandon.
00:16It's a blend of both.
00:18There is certainly confidence.
00:19There is anxiousness.
00:20Look, the Knicks have not played since Monday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, right?
00:24They haven't played since Memorial Day itself.
00:27So there's some anxiousness in saying, hey, we haven't seen some Knicks basketball.
00:31You know, people are jonesing out here to go see the Knicks go compete against the San Antonio Spurs.
00:35But there is some confidence.
00:37You're seeing people saying Knicks in four, Knicks in five.
00:39As I said, Knicks in five, man, feeling very confident about this team.
00:43Brandon, what team has looked this dominant in New York?
00:45Look, once they went down 2-1 against Atlanta,
00:48they knocked off three straight convincing wins by double digits.
00:52Then they took that effort against Philadelphia and swept them.
00:56Then they took that effort against Cleveland and swept them, too.
01:00And in every single closeout game, they've dominated their opponent by putting up 30-plus points.
01:06You've got to be confident in what we're seeing here, man.
01:08They're doing unprecedented things right now on both ends of the court.
01:12So there's rightfully so for the fans to be very confident, man.
01:15And look, my DMs are being filled up.
01:18People who I talk to, man, they're just excited to see this NBA Finals.
01:21They're very curious to see, can this Knicks team keep up that same level of energy
01:26against this young San Antonio Spurs team?
01:29And I think they can, man.
01:30And everybody in New York, everyone around the world is buzzing right now, and rightfully so.
