00:00It's part of the deal, you know, and I've always said that, you know, you want to see your assistants
00:05do well.
00:10So we try to, if possible, promote from within and then in certain cases, you know, hire outside if we
00:15have to.
00:18And I'm happy for all those guys, you know, whether it's Declan, Johnny, Chris, Mooj.
00:25Um, sometimes, a lot of times it's a byproduct from, from winning.
00:32So I'm excited for their opportunities.
00:34No, I don't think anything surprises you.
00:37I, the only reason I say that is look, I've been with Declan for a while.
00:40He's 28.
00:41I know he's young.
00:42Um, but they're not asking him to be the primary play caller.
00:46He's a real, real sharp, uh, offensive mind, great thinker.
00:52We hired him at a young age coming from Iowa and, um, I, I don't think you get surprised anymore
01:02because, look, to his credit, he had a relationship and there was a confidence level, uh, just in visiting with,
01:12uh, um, a couple of the coaches.
01:14And then certainly, uh, Ben, when he, you know, he's got a vision for what he wants and what he
01:20needs from that position.
01:21And, uh, I think, I think he'll do really well.
01:24Well, he's super passionate.
01:26We're talking about Johnny Morton now.
01:28Super passionate.
01:30Um, man, he works his tail off.
01:32Um, he's great with film, film study and ideas.
01:37Um, he's one of those guys that'll, um, you know, bring you red zone, third down, like a lot of
01:45information.
01:46Um, we were together in New Orleans several times and then, you know, it's a chance, you know, where he's
01:52going to be calling the plays.
01:53And so, um, I was just with Dan Campbell a few minutes ago, maybe an hour ago, and we were
02:00talking about him and he'll do a great job.
02:02Thank you very much.
