08:50You just don't have a light.
08:52I see a guitar.
08:53Guitar.

08:59A couple of totes.
09:00I need you to bring a flashlight so you can see what you're bidding on.
09:04The lead with the flashlight.
09:05Oh, stop the copper.
09:06I think it'd improve your chances of seeing good stuff.
09:10That's an extra light.
09:12Not the type of karma I was looking for today.
09:15Chad, what do you see?
09:16Oh, look at this.
09:17That's a gamer.
09:18There's a guitar back there.
09:19A couple of musical items.
09:21All right, Chad.
09:22Come on.

10:25Start with these nice little totes.
10:28See what's in this one right here.
10:31Got Dewalt tools.
10:33Okay.
10:33We got some frisbees.
10:35Five bucks.
10:36Someone will buy them.
10:39Not too bad.
10:40Compact drill.
10:41Pretty much brand new condition.
10:4250 bucks right here.
10:44And let's keep going.
10:47Okay, I like how organized this is.
10:50Let's see.
10:51Ooh.
10:52What is this?
10:57I don't know what this is.
10:59All right.
11:00Let's see on the outside of the box.
11:01Action.
11:02Control.
11:04For a guitarist.
11:05I'd say at least 150 right here.
11:09Looks cool.
11:10Musical instrument.
11:11Zoe cell.
11:12I'm liking the start of this.
11:14Some men's t-shirt.
11:17Oh, this is cool.
11:19Pizza.
11:20Pizza hoodie.
11:22Nice.
11:23I can wear this to the movies.
11:24I like this.
11:25This is mine.
11:26This is interesting.
11:28Maybe DJ equipment or some kind of audio.
11:31And it's brand new, sealed.
11:32I'd say 150.
11:34Ooh la la.
11:35It looks expensive.
11:37I'm not a gamer.
11:39I know a lot of gamers.
11:40Judging on the graphics card alone is at least $1,000.
11:43This is custom built.
11:45Note to self, you can still make a ton of profit, even on a small manageable locker.
11:49This is a cool chair.
11:51Ooh.
11:51I like this.
11:53This is nice.
11:54Yeah, this gaming chair with a good cleaning up.
11:5650 bucks right here.
11:59These are nice cases.
12:01Is this?
12:02Wait, I've seen these before.
12:05This is for a DJ.
12:06Looks very high end.
12:08I would say 300.
12:1150 bucks for a guitar.
12:13I got a ring light.
12:1430 bucks.
12:15Looks like a nice case.
12:17Is there, ooh, there's a guitar in here.
12:19Ooh.
12:20I love this color.
12:22The brand is Squire.
12:24$100.
12:26Keep going.
12:27Oh, okay.
12:28We got more clothes.
12:30Jeans.
12:31Jeans style.
12:32Let's see if these are good.
12:33Jeans.
12:351969.
12:36It's a good brand.
12:37Oh, these are brand new.
12:38Nice.
12:39Sugar cane.
12:40These look like Japanese denim.
12:42Denim is very popular in Japan, and some of these jeans can be very expensive.
12:48I'm not very familiar with the names and brands of Japanese denim, but this could be a great lot.
12:54These aren't my style, but all I care about is if they add to my pile of cash.
13:00Those jeans are cooler, this or this.
13:05These are pretty cool, though.
13:07I'd love to learn more about these and find out how much these are worth.
13:10The last thing we got here is a nice gaming monitor, and then we got speakers behind it, too.
13:16$400 with the monitor and speakers.
13:19Okay.
13:20I'm gonna put this denim in my cart and get back to the auction.
13:28Oh, yeah.
13:29That's a good one.
13:33All right.
13:34Here we go.
13:35Five by ten.
13:41Dan.
13:43Go.
13:43All right.
13:44Ooh.
13:44Okay.
13:45I like your style.
13:46Thank you very much.
13:47Wow.
13:47Now just kind of hold it steel on something.
13:49Oh, got it.
13:50I found a flashlight in my car.
13:52Now that is good karma showing up.
13:54This is nice and tidy.
13:56Toy trains.
13:58That's really not my jam.
13:59I'll let the universe tell me whether or not I should bid.
14:02Oh, this is all organized right here, boy.
14:04Right?
14:05Oh, yeah.
14:06This is beautiful.
14:06This is my cup of tea.
14:08Merry Christmas.
14:10Let's go take a look.
14:12Well, we've got tubs.
14:15Oh, there's a little cart.
14:17I like it.
14:18We'll see what it brings.
14:19Come on over here.
14:20This is the up section over here.
14:22There's enough mystery in there that's got me interested.
14:25And Chad seems to like it, too.
14:27Bid a little bit on this?
14:28Not too much.
14:29Okay.
14:29I actually like this unit.
14:30I see some clothes.
14:31It's super neat.
14:33Oh, and a TV.
14:34I like this.
14:35I already made a bunch of money in my small locker.
14:37but I might not be done just yet.
14:40Mystery bag and tote unit start them in and set them down.
14:42And how much money, where?
14:43Okay, about 100 there.
14:44And what a quarter, where?
14:45I got 100, one in a quarter, 25.
14:47One in a quarter, one in a quarter, one in a quarter, one in a quarter.
14:48One in a quarter, one in a quarter, one in a quarter.
14:50One in a quarter.

15:11I'm wrong.
15:12Keep going!
15:13No, no.
15:14Calm down, Chad.
15:29Watch it, Dave, or you will end up on the naughty list.
15:52Today, I'm in the mood of giving, and I'm also in the mood to give.
15:58Boom!
16:03Woohoo!
16:04All right!
16:05Oh, yeah, folks!
16:07Lots of goodies.
16:12I like the sound you made when that door opened.
16:14She went, ooh!
16:16Oh, my honeymoon sound.
16:17I remember that.
16:18The best for laughing.
16:19And then it was followed up with laughter.
16:21What kind of laughter?
16:22Well, you know.
16:24Have you already looked at this unit?
16:25But it's so cute.
16:26Come on.
16:27Come on, Sanchez.
16:28Let's get in there.
16:29I got a lot more to look at here.
16:31It's packed, but clean.
16:33Another princess house.
16:35This one might not be looking good to others, but it's not that much work.
16:39And I don't mind that.
16:42It's a nice home in the unit right here.
16:44What do they call that movie with them?
16:48Harry's Potters.
16:49They got a wand right there.
16:51I see a lot of gifts from some people, but I see some good gifts from the kids, too.
16:56You can't wait.
16:58Bales.
17:00Don't touch.
17:01Don't touch.
17:01Oh, sorry about that.
17:02Don't touch the bales.
17:03Oh, look, there's more of that princess house stuff here.
17:05Boxes, tubs.
17:06It's a mystery unit.
17:08Everything's clean.
17:09There's really nothing not to like about it.
17:11It's just a little bit of work.
17:12What do you think, Jack?
17:14Come on, Jack.
17:15We'll wait here.
17:15We'll be here in the up section.
17:18I think this might be closed.
17:20I can't really tell, but there's bags and bags of stuff.
17:24This will be a lot for me to sort through.
17:27I want to take the risk, but I got to know when to walk away.
17:30All right.
17:30Look at this one.
17:31Look at me.
17:31$100 for this.
17:32You're under 50.

18:26Pretty good deal, right?
18:27Folks, that's the end of the auction, and don't forget to pay the ladies.
18:30Thank you, everyone.
18:32Get out of there.

18:53Love it.
18:54The move.
18:56Yeah.
18:57Time to get some work done.
18:59My number one fan, Chad, had to bid and run.
19:02Apparently, he isn't a fan of hard work.
19:04Anything that says PH, I want to keep right here, OK?
19:08PH.
19:10Well, while I'm here, why don't I just

19:37That's 45 for that box.
19:39I'm going to presume this is pretty close to the same thing.
19:43So, ah, identical to this one.
19:45Another $45.
19:46Cups and Saucers, 45.
19:48We made another 45 bucks.
19:51Wow, look at that.
19:53It is a picture.
19:5445.
19:56Oh, this is another pan.
19:58Looks like $100.
20:00Another pan.
20:01100 bucks there.
20:03Oh, it's a grilling pan.
20:04Looks like $100.
20:07And I ain't done yet.
20:09I made my money back just on the Princess House.
20:11That's what I call home cooking.
20:14Can you do it, Nimble?
20:16Did you sign the insurance disclaimer
20:18that if you die in the process of helping me?
20:20No.
20:21Don't drop it on me, okay?
20:22Don't drop it.
20:23Hey!
20:24I got it.
20:25Hey!
20:26I want to say $45.
20:29I like this one better.
20:30This is a hoofie.
20:32$60.
20:33What do we got here?
20:34A vacuum.
20:35Oh, it's a fumigator.
20:36Is it a vacuum?
20:37Yeah, it's a vacuum.
20:38I say fumigator.
20:40Mega vac.
20:41I was right again.
20:42$40.
20:45$40.
20:46La Ouija.
20:47La Ouija.
20:48What the hell is La Ouija?
20:49Two-legged corner table.
20:51Open it?
20:52Yeah, open it up.
20:53Oh, check it out.
20:55So what is that?
20:58We playing the table?
20:59But it's missing something here.
21:01Is this the tip of it?
21:02Nope.
21:02I mean, there's got to be something to hit it with.
21:04What do we got?
21:06Pull stick.
21:06There's got to be a pull stick.
21:09So these go on the bottom of these, I think.
21:12Cartier.
21:13I like that so far.
21:15It says Cartier.
21:16It's been a lot of years since I played pull.
21:19The balls look interesting.
21:20So do all the sticks.
21:21I love this stuff.
21:23I played a lot of pull back in my day,
21:24but I've never seen a set quite like this.
21:27I need to break it down with someone who knows your cues.
21:31We've only got a few boxes left.
21:34A little punch bowl set.
21:36It definitely lasts.
21:37$40 in punch bowls.
21:41What is that?
21:42A 10 by 10 canopy?
21:43That's $60 right there.
21:45Now we're talking, baby.
21:46Oh, now we're talking.
21:47Carnageada.
21:48I'm going to say $100 there, buddy.
21:50I think the rest of it, I'm going to say about $100.
21:53Thanks to Princess House, I almost doubled my money.
21:56That's proof that a good eye pays off.
21:58Yeah!
22:01Well, yeah.
22:03Let's go!
22:07All right, now, Santa Anna Claus is back right here.
22:11Let's see what we got.
22:12I paid a good $6.50 for this unit.
22:15And because I'm feeling so jolly,
22:17I got to find something for my fellow comrades.
22:20We're going to start with the red bag,
22:22because it reminds me of Santa Claus.
22:24And what we got here?
22:26Oh, I get this to Water Girl.
22:28It's the wrong holiday, but it's red.
22:30Even Water Girl's like flowers.
22:33What's this?
22:34Look at this.
22:35Oh, we got the diamond ring case.
22:38Is it real?
22:39This here is just costume,
22:41just in case she thinks she's going to get married.
22:43Psych-alike!
22:45I say about $15 for this costume, Julie.
22:48We got black bag.
22:51Oh, look at this.
22:52Black doctor's bag.
22:53Who is this?
22:54John Viparco-Rates.
22:57It's John Farpados.
22:59Yeah, him too.
23:00I remember him.
23:02That's his cousin.
23:03Poke-man!
23:05The bag itself.
23:06Look at that.
23:08Nothing for Poke-dudes.
23:10$45 for something of Poke-man.
23:13Oh, look at this.
23:14This is for Water Girl, too.
23:15She's going to get all kinds of gifts, huh?
23:17Soak City.
23:18Look, she loves it, too.
23:20Youth multi-sport helmet.
23:22$20, right?
23:23You're bar to keep a kid from getting concussions.
23:25Oh, there's another one.
23:27And another one.
23:29And another one.
23:34I could dunk on this right here.
23:42Look what we got here.
23:43Oh, we got roasting cars.
23:46Oh, a Lamborghini.
23:48I promised Dan I was going to get him a nice car someday.
23:50And guess what?
23:51Today is that day.
23:53Look at him.
23:53He even inside it already.
23:55The whole box is, uh, I'd say about $50 right there.
23:59What do we got here, boy?
24:02Oh, look at the treasure chest.
24:04There you go.
24:05Oh, no.
24:06Stevie Wonder's.
24:08I didn't put my mouth on there.
24:09They might have the Gucci's.
24:11Let me see.
24:16And they got a watch.
24:17It's his and hers.
24:18Do you watch this here?
24:20$40 and a hamamaka.
24:26It's used to basketball.
24:41Boy, you see that?
24:42A fly.
24:43I don't think any of the other buyers will appreciate this gift.
24:46Because we all know white man, King John.
24:49Let's see who else I got in here.
24:51Oh, yeah.
24:52Helicopters.
24:53Brand new.
24:55I know Laura loves green.
24:56I'm going to get her a green car.
24:59Lamborghini.
25:00Rumor zoom zoom.
25:02The rest of these cars say about $25, bro.
25:07This whole choo-choo trip, I say about $40.
25:09Each Pokemon dude is worth about $10 in here.
25:14$60.
25:15$70.
25:16$80 worth of Pokey dudes.
25:18This is a Subwoofer by Samazon.
25:21$20 on him right there.
25:22No, this here head ain't no Pokey dudes.
25:25Old-ass blankets and towels.
25:27No money.
25:30I need the targe head.
25:32$25 for these targe, bro.
25:35Uh-oh.
25:35Hot wheel.
25:36Oh, they're an organizer, too.
25:38It's a Mustangs.
25:40Yeah, I got about $100 in this, um, motorcycle club.
25:44Motar!
25:46Well, we got a lot of weapons of mass destruction right here, boy.
25:49This Ben right here, $50.
25:52What do we got here?
25:54It's heaviest.
25:58And the winner is...
26:05Oh, I don't know.
26:06Add them records.
26:09See, recording, forward, standing, stop, ending, push.
26:13Recording, amperslide.
26:15You can make your own records with this.
26:17This one looking interesting right here.
26:18I gotta find me a DJ to tell me about all this recorded stuff right here.
26:22Oh, they got some purses in here.
26:26Michael Kors.
26:28Michael Kors!
26:30Michael Kors.
26:32$300 worth to design a purses.
26:34And the zippers do work.
26:36Next.
26:40Oh, oh, oh.
26:42Uh-oh.
26:43Guess what I got.
26:47Pokemon.
26:50We got some shiny ones.
26:52They say when they glitter, they worth some money right there, boy.
26:55Charizard!
26:56Y'all don't know nothing about this.
26:58I say I got conservative save.
27:00With all the Pokemon cards, I know I got $500 for all the cards I got right here.
27:07The star.
27:08Yeah, I'm gonna give this star to Lisa, because she's a superstar.
27:14My boy Dave, he gonna get this right here.
27:20Why a toolbox for Dave?
27:22Because he's the biggest tool I know.
27:26I made more than double my money on this, and I still got the record player to go check
27:31out to see if I can make some more records to make more money.
27:38What does Karma have in store for Lisa?
27:43I have been stacking Karma where I can.
27:45I even shared some caramel candies.
27:48So, Karma was saying, feel free to drop something sweet my way.
27:52Already a fan.
27:53$5.
27:54Here we go.
27:57So, oh, tacky purses.
28:01Someone will buy these.
28:03$40.
28:04Just the kind of shoes I like to wear to a storage auction.
28:07I'm gonna say $80 for the bag of fancy high-heeled lady shoes.
28:12Ah, e-waist.
28:16Although, this was a Magnavox DVD player.
28:20Another one.
28:21All right, $25 for the DVD players.
28:26All right.
28:28Dave kept talking about Princess House, and this stuff is actually kind of expensive.
28:35Yeah, that's like a set of bowls.
28:37There's a lot of it in here.
28:39That's a really nice skillet.
28:41Just this freaking pan is $150.
28:43This is a $400 box of Princess House.
28:47Whoa!
28:48There it is.
28:51Okay.
28:52Woo!
28:53This is a lot.
28:55Okay.
28:55This one's fragile.
28:59Another fancy cooking pan.
29:02We're talking enamel here.
29:03Probably a $250 pan.
29:06I'm gonna say we've got $800 bag of Princess House.
29:13Okay, Princess House is becoming two of my new favorite words together.
29:18The Princess House is here to stay.
29:21So this is what good karma cashin' out feels like.
29:24Not bad.
29:26Now it's time for Lisa to travel around the world with all of her Princess House profits.
29:32Is this a decent suitcase?
29:35I've got suitcases for everyone to come.
29:38I've got suitcases for everyone to come.
29:40I've got suitcases for everyone to come.
30:00All right.
30:02All right.
30:02It's just for outdoor cookin'.
30:03That's where the butane's for.
30:04Oh.
30:06Hang on.
30:08Look at this thing.
30:09It's like a paella cooker.
30:12This is cool.
30:13I am a Spaniard.
30:15So you put the cooker down here, and you've got your big old vat with the burner and the
30:21butane.
30:22I'm gonna say that whole set, $200.
30:24When you know that the universe is taking notice of your karma, you know.
30:29Yes!
30:30We're back at the Princess House!
30:33Real nice serving dish.
30:35$150.
30:38$300.
30:39$450.
30:40What do we got here?
30:42Christmas decorations.
30:43These are kind of pretty.
30:45These little light-up trees.
30:47Bag of Christmas delight.
30:50$60.
30:52These are actually kind of vintage.
30:54Kitchen decoration.
30:5530 bucks for those.
30:57This whole box of knick-knacks and patty-wacks.
31:01$50.
31:02And that's that.
31:03They say karma's a bitch.
31:05That's not the case for me.
31:06She paid me back with interest.
31:08So suck on that, universe.
31:10I mean, actually, universe, thank you.
31:13Now, the trick is, how do I fit all this good karma into my car?
31:18Ma.
31:20Karma.
31:29This is definitely the spot.
31:32I'm at Triangle Billiards meeting with co-owner Charlene Carter.
31:36Hopefully, she can give me a straight shot on this billiard set that I found.
31:39I found this item, and it says Cartier on there.
31:42I don't know if it's a Cartier pull stick or what it does or...
31:46Well, this is a snooker queue, and you can tell because of the handle on it and the lines that
31:50are here.
31:50The points on it.
31:52Oh, so maybe these are snooker balls.
31:54Yeah.
31:55These are snooker balls, so it's a 22-ball set.
31:57Snooker's different because it's a bigger table, 10 to 12 feet.
32:01It has smaller pockets, smaller balls.
32:03It's kind of like billiards on, you know, expert mode.
32:07Wow.
32:07So these are both snooker queues?
32:10Yeah, both of these are snooker queues, and you can tell because this is an Ashwood.
32:13It helps with the visual pattern of aiming.
32:15And is this Cartier, the jewelry store, like my wife has Cartier wedding ring?
32:20Is that what we're talking about?
32:21Yes.
32:21Yes, really?
32:22So in the 80s, Cartier branched out from the jewelry line and started doing home goods and
32:27like sporting equipment.
32:28And I think this was probably one of those pieces that they were doing.
32:32So is this like a vintage stick?
32:34I would say it's vintage.
32:35Wow.
32:36For sure.
32:36So how do you actually play snooker?
32:39So you rack it way differently than billiards.
32:42And it's a point system based game instead of stripes or solids.
32:47So you hit the red ball, make it into a pocket, and then you go to the colored points.
32:51This is the cue ball, but it's very tarnished.
32:54You can tell from over time.
32:56Yeah.
32:56Are you ready to break?
32:57No.
32:58I don't know if I can.
33:02All them damn balls and I didn't hit a single ball in.
33:05Oh my gosh.
33:08Looks like a red ball to me.
33:09Now what do we do?
33:10I gotta go for a colored ball.
33:13This isn't going as fun.
33:15Now you still need to hit a red ball.
33:16Every time?
33:17Every time.
33:18That's why.
33:19There's so many of them.
33:22I don't know if I can even hit them down there.
33:25Oh, .
33:27Okay, that's enough table time.
33:28Let's get back to why I'm here.
33:30Charlene, tell me how much money I have here.
33:33So for the antique ball set and the cues, they're in very decent condition.
33:40There's no dents.
33:42They're very straight.
33:44I'd say about 1,300.
33:47Oh my gosh.
33:49I like those numbers.
33:50No scratches.
33:52Just pure profit.
33:53Well, the table may have smaller pockets, but I'm definitely leaving here with deeper
33:57pockets.
33:57I appreciate your help.
33:59No problem.
33:59Want to finish the game?
34:00Sure.
34:06All right.
34:07Today, I'm bringing my fancy denim to Mick Fontaine, the founder of Brave Star Selvage.
34:12I'm ready to see if these jeans measure up.
34:15Nice to meet you.
34:16Nice to meet you.
34:16I love your store.
34:17This is great.
34:18Well, I got these in a unit and I'd love to ask the professional because I have no idea
34:24about Japanese denim.
34:25Okay.
34:26So, yes, we're definitely looking at denim, but not all of these pairs are salvaged denim,
34:32okay?
34:33Okay.
34:33Which is a big difference.
34:34A lot of people get salvaged and salvaged confused.
34:38Uh, wait.
34:39Yeah, no, that's right.
34:39What's the difference between both of them?
34:41So, salvaged denim, which would be S-A-L-V-A-G-E-D, essentially means denim salvaged from, say,
34:50a pile of junk.
34:51Yeah.
34:52That has nothing to do with the way it was woven.
34:55Salvaged denim, which is spelled S-E-L-V-A-G-E, specifically is referring to the self-edge
35:02or the self-bound edge of the denim right here.
35:05I can actually show you what a roll of salvaged denim looks like.
35:10So, here you have a roll of salvaged denim.
35:14And how this is woven is you have a single yarn that is continuously woven from side to
35:22side like this, okay?
35:23And that's how you get a self-bound edge.
35:25With one yarn, instead of modern production technique, we'll shoot a yarn, cut it, shoot
35:33it back, cut it, shoot it back, cut it.
35:35That compromises the integrity.
35:38Okay.
35:38Who knew denim could be so technical?
35:41Appreciate the lesson, but let's get back to mine.
35:44Okay.
35:45So, let's quickly go through it.
35:47The pair here on top, as you can see, it's not salvaged.
35:50It's got an overlocked edge.
35:52Okay.
35:52Okay.
35:54Here we have a brand called Ivisu, which were very prominent in reviving salvaged denim for
36:02the consumer.
36:03However, this pair in particular, it's not salvaged denim.
36:08Okay.
36:09So, this is when they pivoted more to street wear.
36:12I was gonna ask you that.
36:13So, this is more on the fashion side, not the collectible side.
36:17Correct.
36:18Now, this is where we're getting into the Japanese salvaged denim.
36:21So, this fabric was woven in Japan.
36:23You can easily see the salvaged here.
36:25Okay.
36:26You should be able to resell these.
36:27That's good.
36:28Yeah.
36:29So, now we're getting into Sugarcane, one of the top brands in Japan.
36:34Awesome.
36:35As you can see, salvaged denim, great quality hardware.
36:39The rivets are visible only on the inside and not on the outside.
36:43And that is done for leather upholstery.
36:47So, if you sat down, you wouldn't scratch your car leather.
36:51Last but not least, what we have over here, I would say, is the king of Japanese reproduction
36:56models.
36:57Okay.
36:57Joe McCoy specifically produced jeans exactly down to the stitch count, the fabric, the thread
37:06color, the hardware.
37:08Everything is a reproduction of an older era of jeans making.
37:13And, of course, the salvaged edge, highly collectible in the sense of salvaged denim that
37:20is still being produced today.
37:22This is all good news to me.
37:23So, what are we thinking, you know, ballpark price altogether?
37:28Okay.
37:29Well, looking at these, I would say you could get...
37:38Ballpark number...
37:44700.
37:46Okay.
37:47I'm happy with that price.
37:49I put my big girl pants on today and I scored a sweet locker.
37:52I heard that you can freeze your denim as a way of washing.
37:56Have you ever heard that?
37:56Yes, you can.
37:58That does mitigate some of the bacteria, but it is not the way to actually preserve your
38:04denim.
38:04Okay.
38:05So that's just a...
38:06It's a fun story.
38:08If you don't like doing laundry, certainly go ahead and do that.
38:10Freeze your denim.
38:11All right.
38:11I got them.
38:11I got them.
38:11Yes.
38:15All right now, Onyx.
38:17See what my sound sounds like right here.
38:20I dropped my recorder off early to Gil Tomazi, co-owner and musician at Onyx Record Press and Capsule Labs.
38:28He agreed to show me around and see how records get made.
38:32So this is our machine.
38:33It's one of the most advanced.
38:34It does a record every 24 seconds.
38:36We're the only ones that have this machine on the West Coast.
38:38You make a whole album in 24 seconds.
38:40Every 24 seconds.
38:41That is crazy, bro.
38:42Super precise.
38:43Let me show you how it works.
38:44So the material starts off in the pellets.
38:47We have all different colors.
38:48They look like a box of fruity pebbles.
38:50A lot of people think these labels are glued on later.
38:54It all gets pressed into the record.
38:55There's no adhesive.
38:57The paper will go in there with the material, and it's going to get squeezed down.
39:01Right now, steam is rushing through the machine.
39:04It's building pressure and temperature, and we're about to press.
39:07There we go.
39:09And you'll see it come over here on the trimming station and do the edges.
39:12But there ain't nothing on the music.
39:14Oh, the music's on there.
39:15Already?
39:16Yep.
39:17The metal molds are already on the machine, which pushes grooves into the material.
39:21This is ready to go.
39:23Do you press your own music too?
39:25Absolutely.
39:26We're all musicians here.
39:28Yeah.
39:28I've been playing music my whole life.
39:30I play six instruments.
39:31Actually, I just had a release that came out last week.
39:33You keep your music alive, bro.
39:35You know, we really try.
39:37But yeah, we should go check out your device you brought.
39:39Yeah, let's do it, bro.
39:45Yeah.
39:46Yeah, man.
39:47This is an Atom recorder.
39:49This was a Japanese unit made in the early 80s, but not super professional grade.
39:55This is more of a singer-songwriter, home studio musician kind of person, maybe a DJ.
40:02It doesn't have a playback on.
40:04This is only a cutter.
40:05To playback the unit, you have to put it on a record player and listen to it on a separate
40:09device.
40:10Let's see if it works.
40:13We have power.
40:13We should throw on a blank disc on here.
40:17And this will clamp down.
40:20All right, so we're going to bring in the music.
40:24It's doing something.
40:26So you could capture the music right from your phone or any other digital playback system,
40:32analog playback system.
40:33Somebody performing live on stage, put a blank on here and just cut right there on the
40:38fly.
40:39Ain't that something, bro?
40:40Ain't that something?
40:40Yo, can you bring some music to my ears with the money tingling on the same thing right
40:45here?
40:46Such a unique find.
40:48So rare in this condition.
40:52Hmm.
40:57Kenny, I would say $3,000.
41:01Yeah.
41:03Bro, that sounds like a personal record to me, bro.
41:06Kumbaya, boy.
41:07Thank you, bro.
41:08I guess that recorder had just went platinum, America.
41:11I'll see you at the Grands.
41:14Music to my ears, my feet, everything, bro.
41:18Kenny Crosley rose to the top of the charts, recording a profit of $3,700.
41:25Emily Pocoy found the edge in salvage and stacked 2,800 big ones.
41:31Dave Hester pocketed 1,900 Snookers, while Lisa Delarios proved that good ones,
41:38good karma pays.
41:40Car-mals.
41:42That's so dumb.
41:45Let's do it right now.
41:47Yeah.
41:50We're in capsule labs right now.
41:53I'm going to break it down to you like this.
41:55I walked in calm, read the room, did the math.
42:00Everybody's talking loud, but they didn't see the past.
42:04One bit, one shot, no fear in my tone.
42:07They laughed at the locker, I laughed all the way home.
42:11Cut it open, jackpot, silence got loud.
42:15Someone that was joking want to follow me now.
42:19They follow me now, they want to follow me now.
42:23Want to follow me now.
42:27I'm going to lose my mind.
42:29I'm going to lose my mind.
