00:00Now let's go to game one and take a quick look at the odds
00:04and also look at the series, which to me tells the story here
00:09that odds makers are being a little careful here on San Antonio,
00:13knowing that the Knicks, all they got to do is really steal game one
00:16or game two in San Antonio, and it becomes a completely different series.
00:20That's why you're seeing the Spurs minus 190,
00:22even though they have the home court advantage through seven games.
00:25So I think it's going to be a long series.
00:28I think it's going to be a fun series,
00:30and honestly, I could see either team winning.
00:34So I'd love you, Dexter, to expand on that.
00:37Yeah, I don't disagree with you necessarily with this.
00:40I could see either team winning here.
00:42I think the Knicks and the Knicks fans will feel this way.
00:45I think they're being a little bit disrespected.
00:47I mean, with how they've played, the 11 straight wins,
00:50the point differential in those 11 games, which is the best in NBA history.
00:55We haven't seen anybody play like this.
00:57They've had a dominant run.
00:58Now, some people will question their run through the Eastern Conference
01:02and try to diminish it.
01:03I will not do that because I remember some people at the beginning of this
01:06playoff run saying that the Knicks had a hard road when they had to play
01:09Atlanta and then possibly could have played Boston and Detroit.
01:12Well, they didn't play Boston and Detroit,
01:13and the teams that defeated Boston and Detroit,
01:16the Knicks swept both those teams.
01:17So I think their run has been very impressive.
01:20They haven't played with their food.
01:21I think the Knicks are playing really good basketball.
01:23I think the Knicks could win this series.
01:25I think they have a lot of answers for what the Spurs can bring,
01:30and particularly their wings on their guards.
01:32I think they can slow them down.
01:34I think they have some matchups that they should win.
01:36You know, there won't be necessarily the direct matchups of them going
01:40against each other,
01:40but I think they have advantage of power forward with OGN and OB
01:43compared to Julian Champagny.
01:45I think they also can have a matchup at the three spot with Mikel Bridges.
01:49Those are guys, I think, that can have a big series here.
01:52You know, the X factor for me with the Knicks is going to be Josh Hart
01:55and then also how they're able to slow down and attack the guards of the Spurs.
01:59This is going to be a fantastic series.
02:00I do think it will be long.
02:01I agree with you.
02:02I'd be shocked if it's less than six games.
02:04I would be very shocked if it's less than six games.
02:06But the Knicks have a good shot,
02:09and you made another good point, Craig.
02:11All it would take is one game,
02:14particularly if it's game one.
02:15I'd be very intrigued to see how those odds then switch
02:19for the Spurs and where they are as minus 190 favorites here,
02:22and the Knicks is plus 160-ish underdogs.
02:25If the Knicks win game one,
02:26and now it's 12 games in a row that they've won,
02:29I think you could see a flip in those odds.
02:30Not a flip, but a shift, I will say, in those odds.
02:33But yeah, I think either team can win this,
02:36and I think it's going to be a good NBA Finals.
02:37I really do.
