00:24There is a need to scale up enormously the quantity of humanitarian aid that reaches people in Gaza.
00:32The second challenge is the need to ensure safe and unrestricted access for humanitarian aid
00:41to all people in Gaza, wherever they are, not just in the southern part, but everywhere.
00:47Fuel is desperately needed in Gaza Strip.

00:53We will continue to impress on all the parties to introduce the necessary arrangements.
01:01We call it humanitarian windows, pauses or ceasefires,
01:05but whatever is necessary in order to ensure that there is a safe and unrestricted access
01:12of humanitarian aid to all people in Gaza who need it.
01:16This is not something that is optional.
01:18This is something that is the international legal obligation of all the parties involved
01:24under the international humanitarian law.
