00:00Does peace and a two-state solution seem more distant a prospect than ever, would you say?
00:05I don't think so. I think it's actually closer than we can even imagine.
00:09The knee-jerk reaction would be to say that it's completely off the table and not real because of all
00:14the trauma we've experienced over the last almost three years.
00:17But I think that the dedication of the Arab world, in particular the Saudis, in pushing the United States to
00:25understand that what happened after Gaza has to lead to Palestinian sovereignty and independence and a two-state solution.
00:32And the fact that appears in point 19 and 20 of Trump's 20-point plan indicates the influence that the
00:38Arab countries have had on President Trump to move forward.
00:41We have two more years and nine months of Trump in the White House.
00:44He's the first president, I think, in history who's been able to tell Israel what to do without Israel saying
00:50no to.
00:50And this is the opportunity that needs to be exploited in the two years and nine months that are ahead
00:55of us.
