00:07It has been from the very beginning of our presidency one of our highest, biggest priorities.
00:13And we are glad that after a long, long time we can speak about Schengen enlargement.
00:20Croatia really has done everything for being in Schengen.
00:25And we are sure this message is very positive for all EU citizens.
00:31The citizens of Romania and Bulgaria, you deserve to be full members of Schengen.
00:38You deserve to have access to the free movement in the Schengen area.
00:43You had a strong support from almost all member states.
00:47So, I should lie to you if I should not say that I'm also disappointed.
00:51And I think I share this disappointment with the citizens of Romania and Bulgaria.
