00:00In sanctions, we continue discussing about how to implement these sanctions
00:06to avoid any kind of loopholes.
00:09We measure the impact that these sanctions are having on the Russian economy
00:14and we will continue discussing in order to see what else can be done.
00:20Nothing is off the table, including sanctions on oil and gas.
00:25But today, no decision was taken.
00:28Second, we analyzed that this is an asymmetric shock to the European member states
00:34because it affects in a very much different way,
00:38both from the point of view of people asking for asylum, refugees,
00:43and from the point of energy.
00:45Certainly, on the eastern part of Europe, the pressure of the refugees
00:50is much bigger than on the west part of Europe.
00:53And the energy issues are much more important than Central Europe,
00:58than in the west part of Europe.
01:00This is a pure asymmetric shock
01:03and it has to be managed combining unity and solidarity.
