The drive motors were engaged, at trawling speed & the generator was also running. At the end of the video the camera goes on the bow, which is where the generator is located, which is why the tone changes. On the right side there on the bow is a temporary sun-block net used to keep the sun off the bow cockpit when she's in dock.
