00:00I don't want to communicate anymore, so I can't see you.
00:09Ok, picking it up here in Wilmington, North Carolina, right at the Intracoastal,
00:14and we're in one of these bands. This is about as nasty as it's been.
00:18We had some bands like this last night, and then the eyewall this morning, we were not on TV.
00:22It was the dark and raucous night at the hotel.
00:27And this wind, gusting again over 60 miles an hour, things blowing by, pieces of limbs.
00:35This is what we're seeing, a lot of shingles coming off.
00:38You can see what happens when you throw it off, it just takes off like a projectile.
00:42And unfortunately, a tree has fallen on a home here in Wilmington, killing a mom and her infant.
00:48The father was transported to the hospital with injuries.
00:51So, here in Wilmington, New Hanover County, this has become a deadly hurricane now,
00:57with two fatalities, a mom and her infant.
01:02Boy, I tell you, look at the wind just whipping the palm trees.
01:08As we pan up the road, look at the power lines being jostled by these winds.
01:13What is amazing is we are now about eight hours pale.
