00:11to stop watering long enough to be able to record this important video, but apparently
00:18not. My right eye is weak. The whole right side of my face is weaker due to about what
00:29Bell's palsy in the past, one of my many health issues, and fibromyalgia is one of my health
00:38issues, and recently I rubbed a cream on body parts to deal with the fibromyalgia pains,
00:50and it has menthol as well as other things. I didn't clean up my hands well enough after
00:57that, and I got some of that near my right eye, and it keeps watering like great. It's burning.
01:07It's stinging. It's watering. Anyway, so we'll soldier on. This is an important video. I was
01:18recently, I'm trying to get rid of that green screen issue in the upper right corner there
01:25if you were noticing it a little fuzzy. Okay. Logos. Not logos. Logos. Greek. The Greek
01:39didn't have a word for speech. I was just reminded of this by someone today, so I felt it necessary
01:50necessary to record this temporary video exclusive. It will probably air across all my stations' audio
01:59platforms too soon. This is too good to pass up. Logos. They didn't have a word for speech. I'm sure
02:07many of you probably already see where I'm going with this. Logos. Logic. Reason. You have a right
02:17to speak. You were expected to speak. Truth. Reality. Logic. Reason. Not peddle unicorn fart fantasy delusional
02:35nonsense. That is where our right of free speech ultimately came out of and was derived from. Logos.
02:46Logic. Logic. Reasoned thought. To speak truth to power. We've all heard that term, right? Not speak
02:58unicorn fart fantasy delusion. My truth. But it's my truth. No. No. There is the truth and then there is
03:09your fantasy that you're an emotional hysterical snowflake idiocy wants to try to cling to. That's not true
03:20that the deal. My truth. No. No. No. So that's the meaning of the First Amendment. You were never given
03:31a right to
03:32to libel or slander or speak to lie, cheat, steal, to commit fraud, to get ahead, to benefit yourself at
03:46the expense of all
03:47others. You have a right to speak to others. You have a right to speak the truth not to commit
03:53fraud. Fraud is on our books for a reason. So is libel and slander on our books for a reason.
04:01And we've gotten so far away from that.
04:06Our right to free speech. Our right to free speech is rooted in logos. Logic, reason, truth, reality. Not fraud,
04:20libel, slander. Oh my truth is what I prefer.
04:26No. No. That's not what the right of free speech was rooted in. And we've gotten long away from that.
04:37Where are the prosecutions for fraud? Where are the prosecutions for libel and slander? We have so weakened that.
04:47And even the RICO laws. Racketing. What's the I? RICO. Conspiracy. Racketeering something. Conspiracy organization. RICO laws. When people come
05:07to conspire to defraud others, that's not a right of free speech.
05:17That is fraud. That is fraud. That is libel. That is slander. That is punishable under the law, even with
05:29our free speech right, because you have the right to speak the truth will set you free.
05:38But yet, but yet we've gone so far away from our fundings. The brilliance of our founders. And I myself
05:49too, I forgot the word logos. I was so happy when someone brought it up again.
05:58And the importance for this video. And the importance for this video. Or this show, this episode. To talk about
06:07this.
06:10I don't know. I don't know. I'll wipe my eye again. I apologize again. I'm sorry.
06:17Bell's palsy weakened this right eye so much. And when it gets irritated and upset, it waters like crazy. Not
06:25much I can do about it.
06:26But yes, you have a right to speak, but you're expected and had always been expected to deal in truth
06:38and reality.
06:40Our justice system, and it's why, who was it? Was it Adams that defended the British soldiers regarding the Boston
06:51Massacre? Because the fog of war and confusion.
06:56We want to punish guilty, but the role of justice is to get to not social justice or, oh my
07:08truth, no.
07:09The root of justice and everyone has the right to a defense is to get to the truth, reality, not
07:24fiction, not narratives, not legal maneuver, gamesmanship.
07:29Oh, well, you shot the person. We all saw you shot the person, but we're going to exclude this or
07:37that or the other thing.
07:39Yes, there are protections for the admittance or the inadmittance of certain things, whether with a warrant or not, but
07:48there are also written into the law exigent circumstances where a warrant is not needed.
07:56There's an impending potential of harm.
08:02If someone goes into the school and shoots up, you don't need a warrant to open their backpack because it
08:13could contain a bomb or more ammo or something that could cause further greater harm.
08:20The exigent circumstance in that situation, then you need a warrant to go, well, there might be exigent circumstances there
08:34even, but to search someone's home.
08:37And generally, that's not a problem. Judges are at the end of a phone now.
08:43They're not a pony ride three days to the next town over to get warrants, instant communications so we can
08:53get a judge and get a warrant to search people's houses in a matter of moment's time.
09:03I mean, there's no delays there anymore.
09:09But why have we forgotten all this?
09:13And, of course, the left wants it forgotten because the left are the ones, of course, what?
09:20Always peddling spin, delusion, unicorn fart fantasy.
09:26This notion that the words they said somehow mean something different today.
09:34No, they don't.
09:37The Constitution says what it says and it means what it says.
09:41And our founding fathers backed it up in their writings.
09:45We don't have to guess.
09:48The left wants to change depending on what the definition of this is, Bill.
09:54Well, no, no, it doesn't.
09:58Facts are facts.
10:00Unicorn fart fantasy delusion is unicorn fart fantasy delusion.
10:05It has no place in a courtroom.
10:09You have a right to put up a legal defense of your innocence,
10:17not the right to get out of your guilt by hook and crook and tricks.
10:24Of underhanded legal maneuvers.
10:28That's not what any of that meant.
10:31And it all, it all goes back to, it all hinges upon logos, logic, reason, not libel, slander, and fraud.
