00:00So, first we're going to talk about this right here. So, um, yeah, let's, let's talk about this
00:09right here. If you would like a textbook definition of what political gaslighting looks like,
00:15this is it. Look no further than what Governor Mickey Sherrill and the authorities
00:24are doing right now regarding Delaney Hall in Newark, New Jersey.
00:29Go ahead, take a look, read this crap. Make sure you read it really well.
00:39The governor just dropped an official statement decrying protester violence and claiming that
00:48the demonstrators suddenly turned riotous, lighting a tire fire in the middle of the street.
00:55But here's the part of the statement that should insult every single person with working eyeballs.
01:03The governor explicitly states
01:07that the state police deployed to the scene were not outfitted in riot gear.
01:13See, the police were not in protective gear. They had been on location since early in the morning,
01:21ensuring protesters and counter protesters had areas to exercise their rights safely. As these
01:28dangerous actions took place, additional support was needed to protect civilians and law enforcement.
01:35That's a bold-faced lie. Straight up. It's a completely fabricated narrative that can be instantly
01:42debunked right now by countless independent live streamers, legal observers on the ground,
01:50and photojournalists from the Associated Press. There are literally receipts right now,
01:57and it's not mainstream media that's showing the truth in any aspect whatsoever, of course. And the
02:05state is banking on you just taking whatever the governor says as the gospel, and not even paying
02:12any attention to Delaney Hall. This right here is one of the ballistics that they picked up last night,
02:20a protester picked up and showed on a video and on live stream of what they were actually firing at
02:28people and includes what they actually shot someone in the groin with in the actual, you know what I'm
02:35saying? Um, that is Ian. So I will tag a bunch of creators in my description below that I have
02:44been
02:44watching, and the live streamers that I predominantly watch are Echo Romeo Resists and Mercado Media.
02:52I want you to remember that that statement said that they were not in riot gear, but this is literally
02:57horseback drawn posse. This is like Calvary level, and they were using these horses to tramp,
03:03trample and stampede on people. See what I'm saying? Like, look at this. So really, who escalated the
03:10violence here is the question, because when we look at what actually happened step by step,
03:15they claim they sent the New Jersey State Police and the Newark Police Department
03:19down there under the guise of protecting protesters, right, and to ensure safety.
03:26Um, but they didn't ensure safety by launching what appears to be a pre-planned full-scale tactical
03:33assault on people exercising their constitutional rights. I mean, just look at the picture, and this
03:37is from status coup, which is a great, uh, awesome. I've been following both Mercado Media and status
03:44coup for a while. I'm talking years here. So, um, the police honestly are not doing anything to keep
03:53the peace here, as you can see. Again, they didn't have gear. What is this? What, what is this?
04:00These are literally riot shields and gear. This is riot gear police. This is police outfitted in
04:08complete riot gear. And who are the ones that are actually having their hands on the barricades?
04:12It's not the protesters. Look, that's a police officer. They were the ones who knocked over
04:19those barricades. And anybody who watched the live streams, along with those who were actually boots on
04:24the ground, knows that because they saw it happen. So now the police, they didn't arrive to keep the
04:30peace. This is not what keeping the peace looks like. They arrived in full riot gear, carrying ballistics.
04:39They didn't respond to an escalation. They created one. They systematically kettled this crowd,
04:47trapping people in and closing off their exits and left them with nowhere to go.
04:52And then once they trapped them, they opened fire with these giant rubber bullets, flash grenades,
04:57and tear gas canisters. Right there, you see them. And I showed you how they deployed the horseback
05:05posse. That squad was literally sent to trample and stampede on human beings in the street.
05:11Again, look at who's actually pushing the barricade over. Notice that there are no protesters up here.
05:17Notice there are no protesters. This is all police officers. In riot gear, look, see for yourselves
05:25that Governor Sherrill's lying. These protesters that you don't even see in this line up here,
05:32the ones that were on the other side of this barricade way away from it because they're pushing
05:36towards them, which makes them the aggressor. They didn't do anything to escalate the situation.
05:45They certainly didn't start out riotous. They were forced into a defensive position.
05:54Understand what that means. After being trapped and continuously assaulted by a militarized
06:00law enforcement department. So don't let them flip the script and try to change things and the facts
06:06for what they are right before your eyes. We need to make sure that we're telling the truth because they
06:11don't get to just project whatever narrative they want onto the timeline when we can see what is
06:16actually happening here with our own two eyes. This right here is absolutely a fully militarized,
06:25riot gear, totally completely uniformed up squad of police officers. That is exactly what we are
06:35looking at right here. Next, I'm going to talk about how ludicrous it is that the core of this clash
06:43started from the fundamental right that the state is actively trying to erase by using this
06:49intimidating kind of behavior. Okay. Governor Sherrill and the police are pushing this unconstitutional
06:58rhetoric about designated free speech zones. They want to tell you where, when, and how you're allowed
07:05to voice dissent. But here's why that plan completely backfired on them. Because a massive portion of these
07:13protesters on the front lines at Delaney Hall are military veterans.
07:21These are people who actually took an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution
07:26against all enemies, foreign and domestic. They spent years on foreign soil representing this country.
07:35They know exactly how federal and constitutional law works, and you're not going to pull the cotton
07:41over their eyes. I want you to think about this. Why are American embassies and military bases
07:48overseas legally considered American soil? Because wherever the jurisdiction of the United States
07:54extends, the protections rights and laws of the Constitution are supposed to be absolute and unyielding.
08:03If our rights stand firm on a base halfway across the world, they damn sure stand firm on the public
08:09streets of Newark, fucking New Jersey. The police do not possess the legal authority to dictate,
08:17restrict, or box in a zone for free speech protest, because it's a protected First Amendment right.
08:24And the law enforcement has absolutely zero right to impede it. We're going to talk about this because
08:30it's not just Delaney Hall, it's Dilley, it's Alligator Alcatraz, which we got shut down. Human rights violations
08:38cannot be allowed to stand, period. Which is the reason why all of this even got started.
08:45So let's look at the reason why everyone is out here in the first place. This isn't just about a
08:51statement or a protest. It is an active, ongoing human rights violation happening right inside Delaney
08:57Hall. Hundreds of detainees were on a hunger strike because the conditions inside are unlivable and abusive.
09:04We're talking about human beings being fed food containing maggots, being denied basic medical care,
09:10and being brutally beaten by guards. This is a private, for-profit organization,
09:17an operation that's treating human beings like livestock. Let that sink in.
09:23You have seen this script before already, and you know, remember when the public forced the
09:28shutdown on the infamous Alligator Alcatraz facility due to systemic human rights violations?
09:33We did it then, and we have to do it right now. Delaney Hall and facilities like Dilley are stains
09:41on
09:42our collective conscious. The state is using riot gear and propaganda to hide the horror inside those walls.
09:48We need to keep all eyes on Newark and reject the governor's lies and demand that these black sites
09:54are shut down permanently. Share this video, spread the truth, and don't let them bury what's happening
10:02at Delaney. Look for yourself. This is not police officers who are not fully outfitted in riot gear.
10:08In fact, it is exactly that. These are police officers militarized and fully outfitted in their complete
10:16riot gear uniform with all tools and necessities in order to behave in that role. You can see it for
10:26yourself.
10:28It's time to close these fucking camps.
10:31You
