00:01Hi guys, I hope you're well. Okay, so you've probably heard about the earthquake that happened in Italy and I
00:10just thought it would be a nice response to use Facebook Live just to tell you that in my restaurants,
00:16James Italia and across the whole of the UK, there's 46 restaurants, 700 chefs and we're all geared up to
00:23cook the dish from that actual area where the earthquake was.
00:27It's a classic dish called Bucatini Amitricana. It's a great dish. We're putting it on the specials tonight and we're
00:33going to put two quid from every dish into the Italian Red Cross. Okay, so this is basically going to
00:40go exactly to the area for the firefighters who are digging. We're setting up tents for people that haven't got
00:49home and that's a lot of them. Food, clothing for the injured old kids, pregnant and this is going to
00:56go on for months.
00:57So we're going to keep that special on for months and I think we can raise thousands and thousands and
01:02thousands of pounds. So if any of you guys are coming in, look at the specials board. All the staff
01:07will be prepped up.
01:09I've got probably 200 Italian chefs that work for me. So we're all getting behind this. We've probably got 200
01:18at least waiters as well that are from Italy.
01:21So this is just a little bit of love to our Italian neighbours and trying to do something in the
01:26way that we know that we can, which is cook.
01:29So look guys, so lots of love going out to all of our Italian people that come through our social
01:36media and I know it's pretty gruesome out of there, but we're going to do what we can.
01:42I think we can raise thousands and thousands of pounds and I'll keep you up to date.
01:46So I'll try and put some more details in this caption box so you can click through.
01:52But there's lots of chefs around Italy doing this. I'm trying to get the British ones to get involved as
01:57well.
